Flipkart — Order not delivered and not cancel only show out of delivery

Respected sir,
I book a motorola g45 phone by flipkart at date 18/06/25 and he promised delivery 23/06/25 but till date order not delivered I complaint again and again but flipkart customer service tell me your adress and pin code not matched but I see in google he show that address pin code same as I show in delivery address. I tell him please Cancel my order and refund my money he is not clear my any fullfillment
Therefore I request please refund my money with interest if not return my money with interest I will charge a case against Flipkart.
