[Resolved]  Flipkart — order not delivered from last 10 days

Hi.. I purchased samsung galaxy a50 for rs 11069 on[protected], which was supposed to be delivered to me by 23rd jan'20. But till date, i have no information and the status on their portal shows 'shipment yet to be delivered' from last 8 days. I'm really shocked to know that they aren't even able to deliver a product in metro city in 10 days in this era!! Whenever i call them, they never give a clear justification. That's not the way a billion dollar enterprise works. I get frustrated by listening the same replies from them every time. The customer care is unaware of the reason for the non-delivery of the product. They asked for the alternate number as they couldn't reach me on the registered phone number but no one ever called me back. It seems that this site is cheating the people out of their money [as apparent from the complaints seen on the internet]. Flipkart has really lowered its standards and is insensitive towards its customers. I have already made the payment by credit card & i have neither received the product nor my money. The said amount is also blocked with them for this time period. I want to get my product delivered at the earliest. Thank you. Ref order #od[protected], ekart logistics tracking no. Fmpp[protected]

No resolution yet. Been waiting to get a phone delivered since 15 days. Tired of reaching out flipkart via different modes of communication - chat, email, call, consumer complaints and hearing different responses all the time.
