[Resolved] Flipkart — order not placed but amount debited from bank | |
While checking out on flipkart app i used paytm upi to pay 1499 amount for the order. An error message of "payment of 1499 failed, the cvv number is missing" appeared. There is no such thing as cvv number for upi payments, the app has some bugs. The amount was debited from my account but no order was placed, this happened on 12 july. Since then i have contacted flipkart customer care twice, exchanged mails with paytm customer care and talked with sbi (My bank) customer care. No one has helped me in anyway, the amount has not been refunded and it has been a month. I have the screenshot of the failed transaction, my bank transaction records and the records of all the communications with several customer care representatives. There hasn't been any response and i have lost all confidence in flipkart. The app is asking for cvv number for upi transactions, the payment process has errors which should be embarrassing for an e-commerce company.
