    With due regards i would like to tell that flipkart has been blocked my account because i cancelled 5 products recently from my end and i cancelled them because one seller cheated me (I ordered 12 artificial plants, on box it was mention 7 but in real they were 3 which i got, so, i cancelled rest 5 undelivered products of same seller for no further fraud) i was complaining about this to customer service and flipkart team blocked my account when i was on call.

    I really don’t understand
    Seller cheated me in 4 products of inr around 1250 and i was complaining about it to customer service but at the end my account got blocked just because i saved myself from further fraud on 5 products.

    Ps i have many prepaid products which need to deliver at my home in my order list plus i have around 2000 super coins which value around 4000 inr.

    It is my humble request if you activate my account again and deliver my rest products at my home because i already paid for them.

    Seller cheated me for INR 1265.00 and when i asked customer care executive for refund. He was processing it and when he processed my account got blocked. What is my mistake in that?
    Tell me one thing if a seller cheat or product is faulty are we customers allowed for cancellation or refund or not, if not, kindly remove refund, replacement and cancellation policy. Many problems will solve by this. Customers will be at their own risk if they buy anything from Flipkart.

    Ps My mistakes
    1. I ordered bulk quantity from flipkart
    2. I order 12 units of artificial plants from seller
    3. I tried to complaint about seller fraud
    4. I cancelled 5 artificial plants just to save myself from same seller fraud in future
    5. I asked Flipkart customer executive to file a complaint and process refund.

    Hence my account got blocked :)
    It was 8 years old account and I can’t believe it was blocked after receiving fraudulent activity from seller.

    Ps one more thing if you guys want to block my account your wish as I can’t interrupt or beg you guys. But for sure you will be losing a asset for your Flipkart.

    Just check my order history and amount of products all 8 years or just this year or any year.

    If my account not recover i will shift to some other app but i wont download Flipkart again.
    If my account recover i will be glad and continue shopping.

    With due regards i would like to tell you that recently i order so many unit of products and one product of artificial plant products of 16 units in total and from a single seller names as “crobat” in total 12 units.
    Crobat delivered me on 07.08.2020 “7” units as i could see on bills on boxes but inside it was only 3 units and 4 units were missing.
    Crobat packed it in three boxes of 3, 3, 1 units but all three boxes were big enough for only one unit of artificial plants.
    So i cancelled rest 5 undelivered artificial plants product of same seller for no more frauds by seller.
    After this i called customer care of flipkart and he was processing refund and guess what my account log off automatically and it says it’s blocked now. So executive processed refund request and instantly flipkart system blocked my account automatically. Unbelievable.

    So seller cheated me for inr

    Inr 1265.00 in total.

    It is my humble request kindly refund this amount and take strict action against this seller “crobat”. And if you can please unblock my account.
    Check my order history of any year since 2012.
    Losing me will affect flipkart more then me. It will effect me only former fraud by seller 599.00, recent fraud by seller 1245.00 and 2000 supercoins which cost around 4000.00, so, in total around 6k but please look at my order history. Rest your wish.

    With due regards i would like to say to you that

    1. I have around 2500 supercoins in my flipkart account which cost me inr 5000.00
    2. Pending orders of around 10000.00 need to deliver at my home which i ordered on 6th and 7th aug 2020.
    3. My previously bought product’s invoices which have warranty of over 1, 2, 3, 5, 10 years. Which i can get only if account is active. This is most important.
    4. Fraud happened with me recently of 1265.00 and last month 599.00. No resolution so far.

    Note: flipkart blocked my account because it detect high numbers of returns. Last month i ordered 84 products and return was 3 products. Recently i ordered 64 products and cancelled were 5 products because just same seller cheated me over 4 products out of 7 and inr 1265.00 and it was act of self defence against fraud.

    Let me tell you incident in detail:

          I have received a wrong product on flipkart for a order voltas 1 ton ac. I have received right product for indoor unit but not for outdoor unit. Flipkart is not responding how many times we are reaching them. That have blocked my account and rejected the return request. I have already raised a complaint in this portal but it was marked as resolved without my confirmation. Please help me here in this case.

          Flipkart is saying same thing that they will get back to us since last 4 days, but there is no proper response. I have been flipkart customer since last 6 yrs but I've never faced this kind of issue. In next 5 days even return period of the product will gets completed. So please escalate this.

            My below complaint case regarding n95 masks is closed without any resolution. They just marked it as solved. This is really suicidal for flipkart and only harm flipkart. With such unprofessional attitude and unethical practices how flipkart will survive? Flipkart will always remain a local company without any business ethics that can never ever match the higher standard same as amazon. I also had one issue with amazon but they solved it even before becoming an issue in only one chat. Why should we order on flipkart henceforth? With my ongoing issue and after going through so many cases on this portal i am wondering why did i place even a single order to such a unprofessional company without any business ethics... Sorry amazon bye bye. I am not so stupid that i will ever order anything on flipkart. Mark my words you will not survive with this attitude.

            My case is as below :

            'this is in public interest. I am wondering how well renowned company
            Like flipkart can indulge in fraudulent activities. Because it is very dangerous for society in this way they are promoting serious frauds..

            I ordered venus v4400 n95 masks (Niosh approved) on 2nd july. The
            Order id is od[protected]. They delivered fake kn95 maks (Not from any approved manufacturer with ce/fda/ niosh). They are similar to kn95 not enus v4400 n95 respirators (Niosh approved)'

              Flipkart blocked my account without any reason i am calling their customer service from last 20 days but they were not able to resolve my problem and now they told me that you can't access your account anymore it is not possible to unblock account once its block... I am flipkart user from many years and purchase all my required stuff from there and have build a good reputation as they also given me limit of rs.5000 for pay later option.. If you cant unblock my account atleast tell me the exact reason otherwise unblock my account asap...

                  Flipkart doesn’t recognise my phone’s imei number when i enter the same for exchange. It shows error: ‘entered imei number did not match with selected brand and model’.
                  I’ve checked online for my phone’s authenticity using imei number and it appears clean. I don’t see any other reason why it is not recognising. Please check and let me know.

                        I bought asus laptop from flipkart on[protected] which i received on[protected]

                        See that laptop was the problem
                        I immediately requst the replacement
                        But flipkart did not say that we would get it repaired
                        I was told that seller does not have a shame product
                        I got that repair done by asus mechanic
                        But it has a problem continuously and i keep going around the asus service center continuously.in lockdown pearoad
                        I was very upset that i was unable to do anything due to the problem of the problem then i tried asus to replace this product because all my data was also lost due to laptop problam
                        . But they did not even when i ate again and again i was told that this product is already replaced in march 2019.
                        Asus told that this product was wrongly sanded by flipkart and that too from the unothrise dealer
                        Then i talked to flipkart, i refused it first, then after sending the mail from asus, it was accepted that it was wrong
                        Say sorry we will refund you
                        And refund has not been processed for more than 20 days

                        I am still troubled by this problem of flipkart, i lost all my hope that since march i was yet to work from home and i did not have a laptop.
                        I lost all my work
                        And still flipkart is turning me
                        I am completely ruined
                        Can it be my help

                            I bought a Ziox Duopix F9 (Blue, 16 GB) from flipcart on 8.9.19 with order id OD[protected]. But from 17.03.2020 the mobile is restarting all the times so that I can not use it. Therefore I submit this to ziox mobile service centre in kolkata mobicare shivdas bhaduri lane kol-700004 on 18.03.2020 but the mobile had not been repaired after four months.Surprisingly. there is no response from ziox mobile main centre also . Please take necessary and urgent step to resolve the issue. My mobile number is [protected]. ziox service centre of kolkata returns the product to me on 22nd july, 2020 and said ziox main centre in delhi is closed therefore it has no option other than return the product. In this circumtances eighter flipcart returns back the full cost of the mobile or give me the repairing cost because the product is still is under warranty. you should take strong action against flipcart and ziox mobile as flipcart sponsores false and fake companies who close their offices after selling the products.

                            without solving the problem flipcart send a message to contact ziox mobile main centre which is not responding for the last 5 months. Take strong action against flipcart and ziox mobile centre for not solving the issue and bypassing the main problem.

                            Flipcart picked up the product at 9 a.m today and returned the product at 1p.m without giving the refund. They picked up the product in the condition of refund the full cost of the faulty product but returned the product without giving any explanation. Please take strong action against flipcart for harrasing customer in this way and informed them to pick up the product immeadiately without any further excuse and delay.

This product all black insect kernel are they I had esclated the issue to Flipkaart and they had Investigate they told we will take necessary action and waited me for 10 days for Resolution and finally account has been closed from thier end and money had stuck ...this is unfair from Flipkart end..

                                I m requesting to consumer court and social media platform raised my complaint against Flipkart and tell them to give me Resolution and don't back out from my Complaint I had shared my content to all my friend and family member so they also will raise voice on behalf of me and all Public will stand for my complaint FLIPKART will know what customer voice...we are living Democratic Country we are those people who vote and Elected Higher Post Minister ...so what will do that Flipkaart has to know...I want money from Flipkart with the compensation loss that they had Frusted and harrassed me mentally

                                  I ordered a Nokia 6.1 Plus phone from Flipkart that came with a wrong charger (Model no: CH-35N) that goes NOT go along with the phone. I requested a return/ refund on the same day of delivery, that is 29th July.

                                  After numerous follow-ups and calls with multiple customer care executive, today I have got a mail that my return/ refund is rejected.

                                  What do I do with that phone which I cannot even charge.

                                  I need a resolution ASAP. Patience is wearing out.

                                      I have purchased a 415 litter Samsung refrigerator (model no. RT42M553ES8/TL/2020) through Flipcart for a total sum of Rs.41, 490/-. The existing Samsung double door refrigerator was exchanged for a sum of Rs. 5, 080/ and after adding the pickup charges, I have paid a sum of 36, 510/- on 29.07.2020.

                                      The new refrigerator was delivered and old one was taken back by the Flipcart on 04.08.2020 at about 11.00 am. I have booked installation through Samsung and the technician came in the evening. I am shocked to see that there was a dent on the door, though the package was intact and no damage caused to the package. As my existing refrigerator was taken away by Flipcart, I have no other option except to utilize the new refrigerator. Taking advantage of the situation of purchase of refrigerator under exchange offer, Samsung and Flipart colluded together by selling damaged refrigerators to public and cheating them.

                                      I have also gone through the reviews posted by the customers in the Flipcart for the purchase of refrigerator and understand that similar type of fraud had been played by Flipcart and Samsung on many customers. It appears that both of you have cheated the customers and swindled public money. By your acts of deficiency in service and cheating, you have caused loss and mental agony to me.

                                      Hence, please arrange to deliver a new refrigerator, send me a compensation of Rs.50, 000/- towards the mental agony caused to me and takeback the defective refrigerator within 3 days.

                                        I had ordered Realme Earpods on 26 July 2020 and o received yesterday on dated 5 August 2020. Intially I was facing battery issue in few hours after that I compared it with original then I came to that box of realme is duplicate. I just want justice for me it's so expensive I bought this after a long time saving then I faced harrasment which is not bearable.
