Flipkart — Order shipment issue

I have placed order from 'The funny minds' 7 in 1 wooden activity triangle on 30th November 2025.
Order was supposed to be shipped latest by 02 December in order to be delivered on 07 december as committed by flipkart, However the product has not yet been shipped from the seller.
My order ID is -OD[protected]
I am seeing lot of complaints from other customers also that their product never came. If this is fraud them i want my money back else Flipkart should promptly address this issue.
