[Resolved] Flipkart — order status pending even after 4 days and payment deducted from my account

On july 2, i ordered motorola g8 mobile with order id my orders

Od[protected] from flip cart site. Payment got deducted from my sbi bank account but flipcart shows 'payment not received from the bank' and 'order is pending'. I have been waiting for 4 days to happen something. I lodged a complain also on flipcart but no response even after 72 hours. Nor they are refunding my money nor they are confirming the order. They are simply ignoring my request.

Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number[protected] using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.

I placed the order on 16th October for a Mi 4x Tv 50 inch 4k during BBD sale. The amount has been deducted from my hdfc credit card but still my order is showing pending. The order id is OD[protected]. There is no response from the customer care team as they aren't able to track my order id, pathetic consumer experience at flipkart. It's been 3 days since i placed the order but no response from Flipkart.

Please confirm the order or refund my money ASAP.
