Flipkart — Order Stuck at Motherhub_DEL

I ordered a Laptop from Flipkart on 5th Sep 2022, Seller is TBL Online Order Id: OD[protected]

It was shipped on the very same day with a delivery date 10th Sep 2022. I tracked the order with the provided Shipping AWB number and saw that it reached Motherhub_DEL on 8th Sep. Since then there is no update to the shipping info. Flipkart changed the delivery date to 13th Sep, but i still have not recieved my order. I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times but no precise answer or cause of delay was mentioned. Its been 4 days and 2 promised delivery dates since the order reached Jhajjar Motherhub_DEL, and i have no update regarding it. Someone from the support team told me that it will take another 2 days for them to respond on the issue which is unacceptable as it has already been delayed twice. Please look into the matter.
