I have made a booking with flipkart travel platform.
Money has been deducted immediately, but the booking is in pending state.
I have waited for more than 2 hrs, but still no update on the ticket status.
I even tried calling the customer care, but they said there is no PNR the flight booking is failed
And I haven’t received anything NOT EVEN A SINGLE MAIL about the flight status
the amount for the flight is 38THOUSAND
Paid from Google pay
Which is certainly not small amount
please refund the amount so that I can go ahead and book the tickets from another travel portal.

    Ordered for Accu-Check Active Blood Sugar testing strips (50 test strip packet) by Order No.OD[protected] in Flipkart, but they supplied very short expiry strips, as understood from the expiry date on the packet.
    [LOT: 26043031, Manufacturing date:08.06.2021, Expiry date:05.05.2023] It was supplied on 06.09.2022, only 8 (eight) months before the expiry!

    Flipcart personnel was contacted, but they refused to return it back.

    As per the bill, the material was supplied by INAAYA ENTERPRISES, F-146/15, OLD No, 5, Shop No. 1, G.F. Shaheen Bagh, Abul Fazal Enclave - 2, Jamia Nagar, OKHLA, New Delhi- 110025.
    Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

        The complaint was raised on 07.09.2022 and forwarded to Flipcart on the next day, on 08.09.2022. I have been waiting for fifteen days, but nobody has contacted me.

        How long do I have to wait? Is it an indefinite period?

        You're forcing me to complain against Flipcart as well as the consumer forum for not giving any importance to my complaint.

          I have ordered for a Fastrack watch worth 3000 last year which has 2 year manufacturing warranty on Flipkart. Last month on August there occurred a problem with my watch which can be solved by free with company policy if I submit the warranty. When I reached the nearby service center of Titan they have told me that the warranty doesn't have the model number in it which cannot be taken. When I asked Flipkart they are sending me the old invoice only which is not acceptable by them. This was a cheating from Flipkart

            I ordered oppo reno8 mobile phone on 10th Aug 2022 and its delivery date was 17th aug. It got postponed by week and then it was 23 Aug. Again it was postponed, I contacted several time to customer care for any update. I didnt get any positive feedback or satisfactory answers. I raised several tickets but those are marked as resolved on same day without any proper justification.

            So i decided to cancel order and cancelled on 24th Aug. I have already paid amount via credit card for this order and expecting refund for cancelled order.

            It supposed to be after 4 working days. but until today, i didnt get any update or refund. I called customer care again for several times and raised tickets. its same situation, i didn't get any satisfactory answer or update to ticket. Its frustrating. Please look into this matter as soon as possible. It's been month now and I am still waiting for resolution.

              I am unable to change email address in my flipkart account.
              When i tried to add email id in my flipkart account by putting both otps of email & mobile number, it shows an error "identifier is already in use".
              I tried to change my email id through my phone, app and laptop. But its getting same error. My registered no. Is [protected]
              Please look into this.

                    I have ordered one "Flipkart Perfect homes studio XXXL Bean bag" on 7th August 2022.
                    Firstly I get delivery date 16 August, but it's cancelled due to unknown reason then the delivery got postponed to 21 August then 28 August then 1 September then 8 September and now after one month the delivery again gets postponed to 15 September. I have tried many times to customer service or to raise complaint but every time they said that you order will definitely delivered on this date and query go into resolved state.The payment is also prepaid so I don't know how to cancel the order or to request for refund as the option is also not their in application.

                      I claimed a Swiggy voucher of 1000rs by using 1000 supercoins but when i try to redeem it in the swiggy app its asks for a pin which i can't copy from the flipkart coupon section and swiggy is not accepting the code.
                      What to do ?

                                I have raised complaint in social a/c facebook related FLIPKART product (realme ear buds 2 )defective under refund/replacement and in that got replay from FLIPKART SERVICE WITH NUMBER ([protected]) call me back and i try to reach number but not connected and after sometime back i got call from that number and i have explained things but that agent hacked my bank account details through flipkart registered mobile number and debited Rs.1, 95, 445.21 /- suddenly without any OTP enter same time i have blocked my ac details also raised complain in flipkart but no one support in this .

                                Kindly help me to how amount credit my ac.

                                Really we do not accept flipkart have such agency .

                                Kindly find my details and arrange call back for anything .

                                Also for ordered Red tape shoes yet to be received for the provided delivery date but still now there is no proactive from FLIPKART AGENCY and raised so many complain to customer support but still now not getting resolution also no email/msg from FLIPKART for raised query .

                                Hence request you to kindly support on this to credit my money which was fraud txn by FLIPKART agency and help to deliver or cancel my product for refund .

                                After that i promise you will be delete FLIPKART a/c FROM MY device and no longer will use for this kind of service fraudlant.

                                  An order No. OD[protected] Dated 5.08.2022 was placed & ir was delivered to me by 13.08.2022. I have raised the return request by 15.05.2022, but rill date pick-up is not arranged.
                                  again flipkart has cancelled my return request and this is 3rd time. please take suitable action and help me to get my refund.

                                    I ordered Samsung galaxy S7 plus Tablet (OD[protected] on 3rd Aug and got delivered on 6th Aug. After unboxing (I have video as well), Product was damaged and I raised Replacement request (was showing replacement only) on same day. Its been 32 Days today, Request is still pending. Product amount was 47999/-.
                                    Customer care is just saying that It will be resolved soon but No resolution at all.

                                    Also, Seller is #IndiFlashMart and I checked that there are many complaints are raised against this seller for not replacing/refunding for damaged product.

                                    I purchased this product from Flipkart and Expecting a resolution from Flipkart only.

                                    Please check this and resolve my issue asap.

                                    32 days and 47999/- is not less. (With broken product)

                                    Kindly do the needful.

                                    Yesterday, I got a call from Flipkart escalation team. They again raised 6th return request and told me to wait for some time. Still no update on that request. Its still "Pending return approval". What's going on Flipkart, Are you guys just raising new requests so that you can get some more time to make fool of your customers?

                                    I have shared my bank details as well as requested by Flipkart.

                                    Resolve my issue asap and provide me the refund.

                                      Dear Flipkart Customer Support/ Service Team,

                                      This email is in ref: to Order ID : OD[protected] ordered through Flipkart Grocery on AUG 30th 2022, with 10 items in the Grocery basket, after paying
                                      Rs 1446 /- through Online Payment. And it was expected to be delivered on SEPT 1st 2022
                                      i.e on Thursday, till date it HAS NOT been delivered to my home address.

                                      Immediately from SEPT 2nd onwards, I had raised my issue to Flipkart CS team, inorder to cancel my grocery basket items, since I wasnt able to cancel from my end at all, but NO ACTION OF CANCELLATION has been done till now I.e SEPT 7th 2022 from Flipkart CS team, inspite of talking over the phone hundred times.

                                      Accordingly, the Flipkart CS team, is Requested to do the CANCELLATION of that particular order id and refund the Amount, do the needful at the earliest.

                                      This email is for a quick action of cancelling my 10 order items and refunding the amount
                                      back ASAP.
