I bought a chair from flip-kart which was delivered yesterday
It is cheap quality and the size is smaller as compared to the images shown in website
When i am requesting a return for the same product they are not Agreeing saying useless reasons

Their consumer care is useless

    I havw ordered a pack of 2 rakhis and 2 migs from flipkart but they sent me only 1 mug and 1 rakhi. This item was non returnable. I have raised multiple complaints, every time they make return request and seller cancels the request. Order id is OD[protected].

    Also the print on mug displayed is different from what I have recieved. Also rAkhi was different. I have added the image displayed on the portal.

      Flipkart did not give me option to change invoice details, They created invoice default shipping address. I cant claim warranty Now under that invoice .I need to change it to claim

        I made a order which was delivered but it was not having completer items which were mentioned in the order.
        I placed a return request which was itself cancelled from flipkart side on my behalf and they rejected my request.
        I had a communication with them which they didn't reply within 48 hours.
        I ordered the product on 25-Jul-2022 which was delivered on 27-Jul-2022 and then I raised the refund request. At the time of making request, it was showing me refund policy available while later on they changed it and cancelled my request on my behalf.
        They cheated me in this case.
        I've added the details of communication I had with Flipkart.
        Also added the details of order.

            I have not any balance in flipkart pay later account but in credit score 7 IDFC bank loan account is showing overdue. I am facing this issue since 6 month and contacted flipkart coustmer care many times but they are just ignoring. My credit card is also blocked due to low credit score.

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                I was sent call back request on flipkart website portal. they called me with number [protected], I told them my problem regarding product availability pincode wise, and that product (Sennheiser cx180 headset wired) sell by BUZZINDIA.
                I ask to flipkart customer care for seller's (BUZZINDIA) contact number but they provide me wrong number.
                I called that number, front person said it's not a buzzindia's number and i'll register complaint against you if you call me again.

                it means that flipkart having fraud seller and they accept it.
                i need solution on this.

                            Hello,
                            I have purchased a MI 5A TV on August 6 using my debit card and had cancelled it on same day.I have been looking for refund from that day.I have tried to reach out to customer support multiple times.But I could not get any useful response.They mentioned that my incident will be resolved on 24 August.But it's past the date.I even didn't get any kind of information or update on the issue.

                            It's making me feel very bad.I am in a doubt whether they will return it or not.I need issue to be fixed and return my refund amount asap.

                            It's past 72 hours, I didn't receive any update on the refund status from Flipkart team.They are treating very worse.They don't understand the situation of customer.

                              Dear Sir/Madam,
                              I had ordered a bean bag from Flipkart on July 26, 2022 and the delivery date they had was August 2, 2022. I had waited 2 weeks for it and as it was not yet delivered, I called their helpline. They assured me the complainant was "elevated" and that I would receive the order by August 14th. Once, it was not delivered by August 14, I called them again and received the same reply and that it will be delivered by August 21. Again, it was not delivered and the date shifted to 28th. Today, on August 28, I called them again and was reassured that I will receive it by 7 pm. I am writing the complainant at 8 pm on August 28 as I have not yet been delivered the product.
                              The order I'd of the product is OD[protected] dated July 26, 2022.
                              I am at the end of my patience dealing with the people at Flipkart as they are not able to tell me where the package is now or when I will definitively receive the product, other than telling me they have "elevated" my complainant and I would receive my order next week evey time I call them.
                              Please help me in resolving this issue.

                                My Flipkart account has been blocked without any prior notice and even I didn't do any illegal activities...I had even some gift card balance in my account and even my supercoins are now gone...if my account doesn't get activated again ...the complaint will surely be heard by the consumer court..such a giant e-commerce can't scam customers

                                    I purchased Aquaguard sure on 15 th Aug from Flipkart . Next day installation guy came.He installed, took 1400 and left. After 1 hour water started leaking and pouring like shower.Called that guy back. He checked and said that there is a defect in filter so request for return.Not return I requested for replacement.From last 15 days Im spending nearly 2 hours with flipkart and Eureka Forbes.No one is resolving the issue.Flipkart is giving some fake promise and date of 3-4 days.On very day they are resolving the issue without any confirmation.When I call to customer support also there is no proper response.Literally daily im spending 2-3 hrs apart from my office work.Keeping my money with them and giving the fake product is not at all acceptable.Either refund my 10k amount or replace it.Daily my opening the issue and they are simply closing it.

                                      I want to update my account's phone number to a new one but I don't have access to the old phone number.
                                      So when i tried to update the mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I have the new number's otp and account password, but as I don't have the old phone number, I can't enter that one's otp. Help me solve this issue.

                                        I placed my grocery order to flipkart. Some part of order was not delivered by seller and it was acknowledged by seller's delivery person and he said we will refund for missing items. Later when i checked with Flipkart customer care, their executive created return request for missing items from backend. I never received my refund and Flipart blocked me for return request which i didn't do but rather their executive from backend. Now neither I am able to login nor flipkart customer care people able to help me with orders. I am stuck.
