[Resolved]  Flipkart — ordered micronax but got local company phone karbonn

I was really amazed by what flipkart did. I trusted this site. But i faced worst experience by flipkart only.

I ordered micromax x777 on july 11 2017. But i got some local brand phone karbonn (K400 baahubali). I ordered this phone for my mother who lives in odisha bhubaneswar. My mother has no idea on phone brands. So she didn't complain anything. But when i came to home after 3 months, i came to knew about this cheat flipkart made. I trusted flipkart.in fact i am a regular customer of flipkart. But after this i will never order anything from flipkart.
I am shocked how can such a reputable and trusted company can do this to their customers. Like this flipkart can fool customer who doesn't have any idea on brands.
Kindly replace the karbonn (K400 baahubali) mobile that your company had send with the one i have ordered.

Please take necessary actions as soon as possible. If not i will take flipkart to the consumer forum.
