I ordered a realme 8 Pro (Infinite Black, 128 GB) on 29 may 2021(OD[protected] through flipkart. When i was tracking it, i found that it showed the status out of delivery area (Pincode-address mismatch). They have delivered many times in the past to the same address and my pincode and address does not mismatch. Why they are doing so. If cannot deliver they should have told me when placing the order.
They Created ticket INC[protected] they said wait for june 4 th first angin they extended to june 7th to resolving the issue, they are not promising in the mail format (Only saying issue will be resolved like wise they sent a mail) but the june 4 or june 7 it not reflected in the Flipkart application delivery section.
I had conversion Flipkart agent so many time, they are given the wrong information to me, few of agent are said wait for june 4 and some agent are said cancel the product as the pincode is not in the service area
But again rechecked in site my pincode 506169 is in service area only. Was this information helpful? |
