    I have ordered HP pavilion gaming laptop worth Rs.49790 in Flipkart on may 20. It has been shipped on may 20th itself and it reached malur mother hub on 20th May 10pm. There is no further update on the order since the last five days. I have waited so long. Now i need my order to deliver it fast or else i want it refunded.order id: OD[protected]

      I ordered a laptop worth Rs. 69990 from flipkart on 15th of May 2021 which was supposed to be delivered on 17th May. They could not deliver and changed the new delivery date to 20th May. They again could not deliver on 20th and I cancelled the order. Next day Flipkart also sent me email that the seller has himself cancelled the order as they could not deliver the order and it was damaged in transit. But still the flipkart app not showing the updated status of order cancelled and even after repeated cancelling and emails from Flipkart everyday that the order has been cancelled they are giving me no update regarding the status of my refund. Very frustrated with Flipkart. My 70, 000 rupees stuck with Flipkart and no refund status being provided. Contacting customer care everyday but they are just asking me to wait and no resolution being provided. They actually have no idea how to resolve the issue. Please help.

        My return flight from Delhi to Male and back got cancelled as Airline made last minute changes. Airline informed me that they have cancelled my booking and amount has been refunded to flipkart. Now flipkart is not refunding my amount of 37114/-. They are making lame excuses every time I make a call to wait for 48 hrs and we will get back to you. Please look Into this matter

          Purchased baby walker on 2nd May, received on 7th May 21 on bad stiched and bad quality of product.
          Refund submitted on 9th May, pickup was planned on 10th but till 20th may no one came
          Issue raised to Flipkart via their mobile application
          Customer care used to call and listen to the issue an keep the phone on hold with no further response
          Again issue raised via twitter, same has been repeated refund accepted and pickup was planned on 24th May, still no one came neither received any call from customer care

            I have ordered a some essentials products from Flipkart and unfortunately they could not able to delivered on time. I have compliant against the same the same but the agent was eager to cancel the order even after I paid for all already. Also he said it will take 2 to 3 days will take to refund the amount. They have debited the amount in a fraction of seconds and for refund they need 3days time.
            1. now the question is why, refunds needs time?
            2.Why people should suffer for their failure, They should also pay back money for customers waiting time..

              I brought a Mosquito Killer Machine from Flipkart for rupees 435 and it has been delivered on 27th April, 2021. I used the product for 2 days and found the product does not solve its purpose of trapping & killing mosquitoes. I requested for return of the product and refund the money on 30th April, 2021. The request was accepted by Flipkart and scheduled pick up of the product by 17thMay, 2021. Whilst, I was waiting for the pick up and eventually the refund to my payment mode. Unfortunately without notification the return cancelled and also the refund on 11th May, 2021. There was no call notification, no text message and no email shared before or after the cancellation. As the expected pick date passed and no one came for the pick I did check my flipkart account on 22nd May, 2021 found the shocking response that it has been cancelled. tried Chat bot option for resolution, the result were useless. Contacting customer care again and again recited the same poem that it was rejected by the Vendor saying the issue highlighted can't be enough to return as per their return policy. I didn't get answer then why Flipkart accepted the return request and scheduled pick up. The experience was devastating during a call with the customer service executive wherein he was only highlighting why did I come back so late not on 11th May, 2021 when it was cancelled by Flipkart. Flipkart notifies the advertisement and other digital marketing regularly why not the cancellation before initiation notified to me.

              Expecting a quicker resolution on the issue by picking up the product and refund of money. Product is kept in same condition as delivered by the agent and with all accessories.               I raised the return request on 30th April, 2021. And flipkart accepted the request and scheduled for pick by 17th May, 2021
              I have returned on 30th May 2021 but flipkart pick up delayed. Attached is the flipkart's scheduled pick up. It's not my mistake it took time for the 7 days return policy

                      TV got delivered on 18th May and installation scheduled for 19th May. No one from installation team is called till 25th May and still waiting. Flipkart customer care agents asking to wait for 24hrs, 48hrs for an update on installation and not telling when installation will be done. Jeevs toolfree number is not taking cals about installation and flipkart is not giving any contact information.

It's instant mail delivery flipkart digital gift card on 22 may total worth 30k. till now it is not delivered complaint raised no action yet from executive. They are just telling to wait wait & wait.                               I have ordered a fridge on 15th May 2019 (prepaid). But I had to cancel it. I got a mail stating that refund will be reflected by 27th May 2019.
                              After many complaints and visiting bank I got my refund on 25th May 2021.
                              That is after complete 2 years.

                              Every time I call Flipkart they said it was bank's fault. Simply lying on the face.
                              I'm asking for compensation for this.
                              How can a customer tolerate this type of service and false statements.

                                On 23 may 2021 i received the replacement product of my order and i found that the certain product is defective as it seems to switch off automatically after one hour o[censored]se.
                                Then on the same day i placed a request of return.
                                My product got picked up on 24-may-2021
                                And according to Flipkart they have refunded me the amount .
                                But at the same day i received a message from my bank that the amount of Rs 1249/- has been failed due to some technical issue . And the amount has not received by the bank.
                                Then i contacted to Flipkart they keep on saying me that the refund is successful and they provided me a bank reference number :- P2105241154005939664860 to contact with my bank when i contacted to the bank they said we are unable to track this number.
                                My bank name :- paytm payments bank

                                Now Flipkart is not returning me my refund .
                                Giving reason that we have credited the payment in my account .
                                But according to my bank payment of refund got failed and that's why i have not received the payment
                                For proof i am sending screenshot of message i received from the bank as well as my bank last one month Statement .
                                Also sharing screenshot of refund refrence number provided by the company .

                                Please help me with this problem🙏🙏

                                I have contacted to the bank several times shared the reference number provided by Flipkart .
                                Bank costumer service team telling me that the transaction receipt or refrence number you are providing us is failed due to some technical issue.
                                No doubt transaction has been made in your upi but transaction got failed due to some technical issue and the amount is not received by us . That's why it's not reflecting in your bank account

                                    I cancelled return ticket from muscat to Chennai,
                                    I called Flipkart customer care and cancelled on 24/04/21.
                                    I still haven’t got any refund amount to my bank account,
                                    So I called today Flipkart customer care, they said that they have requested airline for cancellation and until now airline didn’t confirm the cancellation,
                                    But however The airline (omanair) says that they have cancelled and refunded money on[protected].
                                    I don’t know to whom to believe
                                    The Flipkart customer care doesn’t give right information
                                    No one answers customer care helpline
                                    I am waiting for my refund to book another date and now am in big trouble because of delay in refund

                                      Placed an order on 1st of May, 2021 for an Acer Laptop that was supposed to be delivered on 4th May. On 4th May, I got an email stating I will receive it on 8th of May. I kept calling their customer service to cancel the order but to no avail. I was then contacted on 12th of May by their customer care team stating I should cancel the order and place a new order so I cancelled the order, thinking it has been cancelled and placed a new order.

                                      To my surprise, the previous order didn't get cancelled, is still active and the new order on 14th May that I placed hasn't arrived yet either. So now I have 2 laptop orders, both active, both have EMIs running and I don't have a laptop. Their support team itself isn't able to cancel the order and mention at every call that I will be contacted by the back end team but the call never arrives.

                                      As of 24th May, I have called them 26 times, chatted more than 50 times but the issues just persists.

                                        I have purchased MarQ(Flipkart sub brand) washing machine and took 3years extended warranty as well.

                                        For this item installation they took 10days after delivering the product. Even after several calls flipkart not even responded. So mentioned in the review and they called me said like we are not adding those comments in review.

                                        Now after 10 months the washing machine is not working, raised a complaint to MarQ on 18th May 2020.

                                        They assigned to Jeeves team, they asked about washing machine complaint and after explaining they asked the photos of bill, washing machine and serial no barcode.

                                        Below is the assigned details for repair person.
