[Resolved]  Flipkart — Out of delivery area (Pincode-Address mismatch)

Order ID.: OD[protected] Phone model: Moto G (3rd Generation) On 13th September, I ordered this phone via credit card, the money got debited and I converted that to EMIS. Today while tracking the order, it displayed the above message " out of delivery area(address pincode mismatch). When I contacted Customer care, I was told that I will have to cancel the item, since I was not getting this order due to the above mentioned reason. He also said that the refund will be processed within 8 days. We people order something online with trust and security we get from these services. Very unhappy with the services. Later I got the address of the ekart logistics services near me, but after visiting the shop, it was closed. The ekart services are not satisfactory, since there are no contact numbers mentioned either on the internet and also on the shop I visited. Tomorrow is ganesh Chaturthi and I am again visiting the shop with the hope of receiving the items and hoping the shop to be open. and finally UNHAPPY WITH FLIPKART AND VERY MUCH UNHAPPY WITH EKART SERVICES.
