[Resolved]  Flipkart — paid account management service

I am writing to you to bring to your notice about the pathetic services being provided by flipkart paid account managers.
I was contacted by suhail syed in december regarding a paid account management services for bronze level seller started by flipkart for 9000+gst where syed committed a dedicated account manager with minimum 4 days a week and rs.2000 pla credit.
As i was interested in this program, i enrolled my account and mr. Dileep yadav was assigned to me on 2nd january 2020. I got my first call from dileep saying that we will create a ctc campaign for my account and he did sent me a list of skus with other details for the campaign valid till 13th january 2020.
On 9th january, i got a mail from dileep that he is going on a leave for 12 days and in his absence pulak will take care of my account. I mailed pulak on 10th january asking him to connect with me regarding our new campaign to which i haven't received any update pr revert from his end.
On 13th january, my jhangir bhatt called me and asked to create a roi campaign for which he will send me the details and the skus by the end of the day. Recieved those skus on 21st or 22nd january.
I wasn't given my invoice unless i continuously asked them to. My pla credit is still not credited in my account.
I have been trying to reach syed and dileep from 21st january but they don't pick my call or call me back when i ask them to call via mail.
Syed has been saying that i will get a resolution soon and that the team is working on this concern but i have not got any update till now.
I have raised several cases for this concern (Case ids mentioned below) but i have got no support or relief from their end. I have paid for a three months services out of which my one month has been wasted because of lack of services provided.

I am writing to you in the hope of finding the resolution and take correct action againsts the mis-doing in the name of flipkart.
