Hi i have purchased a product marq flipkart washing machine for the ladt two months i am waiting for the resolution the asked me to wait now after two months they are saying that purchase a part from outside we are unable to help.
If they doesn't have part then why are the selling it however my product is under warranty.
I work with customer service but i never faced tge services like this.

I am sorry to writing it again as i have complained earlier about product i have purchased from Flipkart and order id was
OD[protected]
As they asked me to wait and it took 2 months but after waiting as well couldn't deliver the part amd now saying to purchased it from market. As checked the part is not available only Brand can provide it but the brand is saying to wait another 45 days.
Seriously this the time TAT to deliver a part for a Brand like Flipkart.
I just cannot wait for another two month and will not be purchasing from Flipkart ever and will asked to people i know not to purchase anything from Flipkart ever as there are others Brands in the market with fast Services not like Flipkart famous Brand which is taking 4 month.
I cannot wait 4 month just take your product and give me my money back.

    Dear sir/ madam,
    This is bring to your kind notice that i have booked redmi 8 online through flipkart (From my son anubhav jha id) and the same was delivered on 22-nov-2019 having invoice number invoice number fabblx[protected] and id number od[protected]. I have faced the problem of hanging & uniform display and the complaint was lodge within 5 days for replacement of phone. After that they have sent technician on 3rd dec-2019 to check the phone and sent their report ok without sorting out the problem as the problem persist as it is. They have also not contacted me or taken signature over customer feedback form before sending the report. After lot of follow-ups & communication they replaced the phone on 21-dec-2019.
    After receiving the phone i again faced the same problem (I. E. Phone hanging & uniform display) with replaced phone. Also battery is discharging very fast. I have contacted customer care in evening on 02-jan-2019 and explained about the problem. But they told me that replacement period of 10 days over and you have to visit xiaomi customer care.
    My concern is as under:
    • during this period i. E. From 22-nov-2019 till date, phone was formatting 2-3 times and all the previous data vanished affecting my work and to view the previous data.
    • i have called so many times to contact customer care which is a waste of time.
    • flipkart is not providing email id so customer can’t lodge their complaint over mail and keep a record at customer end for future correspondence.
    • in my opinion either the same phone was delivered after repairing or there may be a chances of manufacturing defects in complete lot of this series.
    • flipkart has to block the seller who is providing faulty phone
    • flipkart has to replace my phone with redmi 8 or redmi note 8 (Difference amount shall be paid by undersigned) without having any fault in phone.
    • i am also claiming an amount of rupees fifty thousand for harassment, difficulties in work, waste of time etc.
    Hope you will take a prompt action to get rid of such type of product from online seller and tighten the screw to big businessman to provide best services to customer.

Since the product was delivered to you on 21 Dec 19, it has crossed the seller's 10 days replacement period. Due to this, the seller will not be able to fulfill your return request. However, the product is covered under the manufacturer's warranty, so you can get in touch with the brand authorized service center and they'll be able to help you out. Hope this helps.

    After discussion with your representative over phone, I have already sent messages on 6th Jan, 2020 and forwarded 18 reminders on customer.[protected]@xiaomi.com, but not a single response I have received from their end.

    However, you have to take the messages on priority as the 2nd time you have sent the faulty mobile set. The matter has to be taken seriously at your end

      I recently ordered Realme 5s with a mobile exchange and had the worst experience imaginable.

      The mobile was a birthday gift for my grandmother and I wanted to surprise her with a new phone, everything was going as per plan.

      On the delivery day, the delivery boy(Ajay Kumar) said he won't be able to take the phone as it was not turning on and as per policy, he won't exchange it. My mother requested him by explaining that the battery might be dead and if he can w8 he can see that the phone is working fine. He left and said he'll return in 15mins.

      He came back and I was there seeing him scraping the phone for 15mins to find any scratch or cut and said if you want the mobile pay the total amount or it will be his loss as he has to take the phone back to the company because of the policy. The mobile was in good condition and bearing no cuts or scratches worth denying the exchange.

      He left, and even after complaining about the incident to the help center none of the issues were getting resolved. I shared the pictures of my phone with them and without any comment validating any problem with my device they just denied my request claiming it to be company policy.

      The phone was out of stock the next moment, but I was able to do a successful transaction after some time on the official realme website with the mobile exchange.

      I've done several online transactions on Amazon even the mobile exchange ones, sometimes the cost might be a little bit more when compared to Flipkart, but I never faced any bad service or unjust treatment from amazon.

      when u exchange mobile with flipkart

      they will put lens to their eyes
      and zoom and check for 15mins

      if they find even 1 small scratch
      they will say u will have to pay 500 more bcz there is a scratch lol

      do u expect us to exchange a new mobile without any scrtaches lol ??

        Then i used forgot password button and then received code.

        I entered the code successfully.
        After that it was asking please set a new password.

        Then i entered new password. But it was showing "unable to update new password please retry".

        That is the problem i am facing so please solve my problem as soon as possible.

        It's been 10 days and flipkart support hasn't contracted me yet. Please make it quick. I'm very upset and tensed in this situation.
        I had purchased a book from flipkart and gave 155 rupee to them. Once i unpacked it i noticed that the MRP is only 90 Rupee. I am moving to consumer court. Thank you

        They are responding very poor. We are already paid the amount against this order.
        Still pending not received my order. Around 30 days passed out.

          Sir,
          I had purchased a alcatel 3t 32 gb tablet from flipkart on 12th november, 2019. Order id - od[protected]. It completely stopped working after ten days. When it was given to galaxy services (Authorised service centre of alcatel in kochi, kerala), they said it has to be send to the company itself as it cannot be repaired there. I have not got the tablet repaired even after one month. Hence i request to replace the tablet. Otherwise i may have to go the consumer court to resolve the issue. When i contacted galaxy services, they said that its spare parts are not available, will have to wait further. All the data related to my job was inside the tablet because of which i am not able to continue my work. So i request you to do the needful as soon as possible.

            Just now I was placing the order for flamingo heat belt. The price Rs.702. I payed it through online payment. My money got deducted from the account thru Bhim UPI, but order not placed, it's still waiting in the cart. Kindly refund the money in my account immediately.               Flipkart has blocked my account citing too many returns. There is a big current order in which they have delivered bad quality products (a defective bedsheet and a torn bedsheet) and wrong sizes for a few products. Some of the items are not even delivered and they haven't provided a refund and they are replying to me that my account is blocked.

              Flipkart doesn't provide delivery to small cities during sales and offer season. Rest of the times, almost all products come to these cities. This is a huge discrimination!

              My order id is OD[protected], I buyed realme 3 pro mobile from flipkart which said 10% cashback on hdfc bank debit card payment, 22 days have passed but still i couldnt avail cashback.
              I recently purchased micromax x746 mobile from FLIPKART on December 15.in Product display it shows 3000mah battery.but it actually not withstand for more than 2 hours and suddenly off at certain period... kindly make an action to resolve it & take necessary action against the company to prevent future mistakes

                If i orederd a product your asking for the money for the product so we are paying immediately, but for refunding the money for the product if the was cancelled your taking more than 7 days to refund. It is simple we are paying immediately for the product but why don't you refund immediately if we cancel the order.

                  I placed an order on 29th september 2019.
                  At first the order was placed and after an hour it showed transaction declined by bank any amount deducted would be refunded.
                  My order id is od[protected]
                  The refund hasn't been issued and they have removed the order from my app also.
                  I have a screenshot of the order placed with them. Which i am attaching with the complain.
                  They are saying that the transaction was declined by bank and no refund can be issued but bank is saying that the amount has been sent to the seller (Truecom retail) who has conveted the amount in emi.
                  I request you to look after it and please provide a solution.

                    Hi, i am a plus customer on flipkart.
                    I ordered a nike slipper on 7th dec 2019 and was supposed to be delivered on 9th dec 2019. However the status of the order dis not change from ordered to anything. When contacted was advised to cancel, however the app is not working properly and the status reverses back to order. Informed the same to customer support and they told me the technical team will cancel the ticket from backend but so far even after multiple followup, no refund. Please help.                       I have joined flipkart affiliate programme in 2015
                      In my payment reports showing they made payments from feb 2019 but amount was not transferred in our account.
                      We have mailed several times but nobody had replied and we have also submitted issue in affiliated programmes contact us page, but they have not replied to us. We complaint on twitter and they told us to mail on [protected]@flipkart.com, we have mailed on that mail id but still no reply.

                      They are not providing any support and not even there is number to contact them. We are hopeless and helpless. Kindly take the necessary actions against them. We have worked very hard and now we are not getting our hard earned money please do something my affiliate 🆔 janardhan8

A white patch of line is coming in the bottom of screen.Please send someone to look after it.                           Ordered 250mm fan received 200mm fan initially and again we received a damaged fan,
                          Again i want to replace my product there is no option to replace there is only refund option available this time.

                          At first time i didn't see the size and i ask a technician to fit my fan but he ask me to sir it wouldn't fit. I had pay him 200for his visit and ask him to please fit it once it replaced.

                          Now i see that my fan is not replaced as only refund is available. I called cc but no one accept that this is not only a mistake it's a kind of fraud.

                          I ask again and again to get it replace but they are continue saying that seller not accepting replacement this time.
                          I don't know why they are not replacing, neither my ordered fan company got shut down nor seller are not selling that usha crisp 250mm fan.
                          It's purely a fraud and flipkart is now flopkart and fraudkart.

                            Flipkart provide good service but when i faced this problem i am frustrat. After 4 month use the induction it's not properly work. So iam trying to get warranty. But i have not original box. Then flipkart person not pick-up the product. And he tell me about this induction i cannot receive this product with out original box and it's should be used product. So my question is when 4 month i am used no problem faced but recently faced the problem how to product like new???

                              Dear flipkart,

                              I am with flipkart since many years.

                              I purchased a nokia asha 206 mobile from flipkart on 17 july 2019 (Delivered) with order number od[protected]. As per flipkart this phone has a 01 year warranty to be provided by nokia. Value of 4229.

                              From first day this mobile has a problem in charging (Sudden switch off) and speaker voice not clear. Due to these issues, i raised refund request, but the same has been rejected by seller.

                              Finally on december 2019 last week, this phone got dead. I reported this issue to nokia authorised customer support. They completely denyed as imei number is not in nokia data base. They also said this mobile is duplicate as back panel also wrong.

                              Further, they denyed for service as nokia company not exist now.

                              Still this phone is available on flipkart for sale with 01 year warranty.

                              The questions are -

                              1. When refund request raised, why it got rejected by seller why no action taken by flipkart or seller to listen customer issues.

                              2. Why wrong imei numbers are mentioned in mobile bill.

                              3. Why flipkart is selling product of company, which is not exist. Who will give warranty nokia (Which is already been closed) or flipkart.

                              As nokia company not exist, so i request flipkart to provide service for the subject product.

                              I have reported this issue to flipkart on 27 dec 2019. Flipkart assured me to resolve this issue by 01 jan 2020, but on daily basis i am following flipkart 04 times in a day, but still problem not resolved.

                              I request flipkart to pic this wrong item and provide my refund.

                                My account is hacked I got a message from Flipkart! You changed number but I didn't changed any number to my Flipkart account and Gmail also changed! I had pay later limit in it 5000rs! Please get my account back! And when I am opening Flipkart account it's showing new account to open from my number. Already I complaint raised but no use

                                    I am a regular user from flipkart.

                                    Ordered hometown gleam engineered wood study table (Od[protected] on 3rd january.

                                    4th january i came to know "hometown rhombus engineered wood study table" is the perfect product i am looking for as the color little differing.
                                    Also ordered the same (Od[protected]

                                    Both the order i converted with emi and paid online.

                                    Now i want to cancel 'hometown gleam engineered wood study table (Od[protected]'
                                    The order not yet packed neither shipped.

                                    I called the tollfree number and a girl politely advised me not to receive the shipment (Od[protected].
                                    Confused!!! Never returned any order.

                                    The same girl also confirmed to me that no charges or penalty will impose on me for the returned product. What to do...?? Feeling bad to return the goods.
                                    The delivery date is showing 27th... My card shouldn't get effected for this return.

                                        I have ordered the product on flipkart on 29th december 2019. The product name is "ray-ban rectangular sunglasses" and order id od[protected]. The amount is 10, 611. I have received the product on 30th december 2019. But when i see the product it was totally different from the product shown on the website and totally different and also i have received an old product that box was full of dust and i noticed it was used product multiple delivery stickers were pasted in the box. We can clearly see that product by seeing the package i got used product which was return from other customers. I was not satisfied with the product and called flipkart executive and informed the same about the product condition and executive informed as the same product is out of stock, will arrange for refund wait for 72 hrs. Then i have waited then when i called to check the status executive informed your request has canceled due to high number of returns in your purchase history. And also you are account is blocked. After hearing this i got really shocked because i am being a (Flipkart plus) member also having more than 500 super coins in myaccount. That too i am flipkart customer for more than 6 years. Flipkart is cheating customers like this giving used product and damaged and defective product and not taking back the product (I have received these kinds of damaged products even earlier) i request you to kindly help me on to take back this used and old different product and help me to get my money back.
