During republic day offer period i ordered vivo z1 pro from flipkart with 10% cashback on katak mahindra bank debit card... My payment (₹9891) was successful and i successfully ordered the product but immediately thay cancel my product... I call flipkart but thay could not solve my problem... I think i am harassing by them so i need that mobile with fine...

The seller has confirmed that a refund has been completed on 21 Jan 20. It will reflect in your debit card by 29 Jan 20. Request you to note down the refund reference number PZT[protected]LXFPF04. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care using the number mentioned on the back of your card with the reference number in case you need further assistance.     Flipkart block me with fake reason. I am trying to cantact them from last 10 days but they don't solve my problem.
    They are telling me that my flipkart account has highest number of return thats why they block my account but the real thing is that, their seller send me product or different brand thats why i am returning the products. And the warm bag i order from flipkart are not of same brand, i order 1 liter warm bag then they send me 200 ml warm bag of different brand. I that condition what will you do???.
    You also return there product.
    So please take action again flipkart and unblock my account from flipkart.

      I purchased lenovo ideapad s145 ryzen 3 dual core - (4 gb/1 tb hdd/windows 10 home) s145-15api laptop (15.6 inch, platinum grey, 1.85 kg, with ms office) rs 25, 999 and we received it on 27 december. Within 4-5 days of receiving it got hang so we contacted flipkart service they told to coordinate with lenovo service. The lenovo service did an online formatting for the laptop but its still giving the same issue so we contacted flipkart again to get the replacement for the product. They gave us 3 dates for replacement 13 jan, 18 jan, 20 jan. But they didn't came for the pickup. Now its been a month and there is still no progress, and now we don't want a replacement instead we want a refund for the product for which the flipkart company is again denying and given us more further dates for replacement. Kindly look into this matter and help us to get the refund back from flipkart.

          I have tried to place an order at 24.04.2019 with merchant flipkart using sbi internet banking and my amount of rs. Of rs. 13999 has been debited with reference number: qsbi[protected] igafzmgkt0 but the order not confirmed.

          On confirming with the bank, they are saying the transaction has been settled with merchant and contact merchant i. E flipkart for any further details.

          While contacting the customer care of flipkart they are saying they do not have any information regarding the same. It is requested to kindly check the transaction logs and refund my amount. It has been around 9 months since the issue.

          The course of transaction is as follows:
          1. I have taken Item (Redmi Note 7 Pro) into the cart
          2. Go for payment.
          3. Selected Netbanking - SBI
          4. The Flipkart has taken me to the SBI website where I entered my credentials and OTPs. Where the amount has been deducted.
          5. On redirecting back to Flipkart. Some error message showed. And then when I back to Flipkart, there was no order.

          Please resolve, as the amount has been deducted from my account. It is requested to kindly check the received transaction with my transaction reference number QSBI[protected] IGAFZMGKT0 at 24.04.2019 to trace the same.

            I have placed an ordered from flipkart moto e6s. And facing some issue with this device.

            Issues details are given below:-
            1. While using the phone on whats app video call automatic phone goes off.
            2. Battery takes whole night to get a charge from 20% to 97-98%. (Fine i thought this could be because of its a new device)
            3. After phone getting power on it takes 4-5 min. Just to reach scree. After showing moto brand advertising film and showing starting the phone on display.

            1st time when i raised a complaint then received calls 2 times but i was busy so i asked them to arrange a call back (Very happy with flipkart commitment). Again 3rd time received a call from the adviser and he didn't tell any steps to me. Except placing the call on hold and then finally he said that we are going to arrange a technician visit at your site.

            Same day evening received a call from the technician that he said that he will come tomorrow (Both agreed) but when in the morning i received a call from the technician so i informed him that my whats app issue has been resolved (Phone is not getting off now). So don't need to come if you want but he insists that sir i am near your location i can come. He came and do some troubleshooting steps to give it to me. And went back.

            Today morning when i again checked with whats app found that the phone is giving the same issue so again raised a complaint via application again the same process start:- adviser called (But this time he informed me some steps - happy with that). Done that but the issue is the same. Again received a call by 1 female adviser asked the status told her that not resolved she told me that again she is going to arrange a technician visit for testing (I mean seriously you guys are concerned about customer pain???). She. Sir, we need to follow the re-seller guidelines. It shows that your re-seller guidelines are most important for the customer's feedback and pain.

            Anyhow i managed to transfer that call to the escalation department. But i was surprised to know that your senior person is saying that this time as you told me that you don't need to press the power button and your product got restart automatically. This is a different issue, sir. (I mean what i told you that only while using whats app i am facing this issue as previous so who it could be different??)

            Then is said to me to go through with replacement policy our replacement policy is saying that customer needs to go through with these steps (But how many times) no one is there to confirm that.

            My simple concern what is the benefit of opting flipkart if i have to go again and again with pain. Also, who will be responsible if after the replacement period this device starts giving me pain?

            You are going to send again technical send i don't have any issue but send him with the replaced unit. Because i don't have so much time to go thought with troubleshooting over the call and by the technician.

            I hope i will receive a permanent solution this time.

            Very disappointing customer this time.

                I have ordered real me x2 mobile worth 18, 000 Rs, paid through credit card, but i haven't received my product, but i received message as product has been already delivered and also i didn't received any call from courier person.
                I am not able to contact anyone from logistics.

                I am keep on following Flipkart customer care no, but there is no reply. Still they are extending the time to resolve this issue.

                Note.
                My ordered address is TADA 524401.
                But they have delivered to NAIDUPETA 524126.

                    I have ordered realme 3 in exchange of my redmi 5a whose order id is od[protected]. When wishmaster came and did verification for old my mobile, he rejected the order with no issues. My redmi 5a is working perfectly fine, there are no cracks, dents or parts missing. Still he rejected my old mobile and cancelled the order. I have ordered my mobile in republic days offer and i got a discount of 500 rupees and a additional 10% discount on icici credit card which was 540 rupees. When i called customer care they said they can't do anything and told me to order again.

                    We see that your order has been delivered to you on January 23, 2020, and you have paid the difference amount of Rs. 2100/-. Once the ordered product has been delivered by paying the exchange value, the seller will be unable to arrange the pickup of an exchange product as per the exchange related guidelines.                       I have ordered nokia tv on 2 jan, 2020 with order id:
                      Od[protected], have waited for 10 days beyond the promised date by flipkart which s 9th of jan. Even though the product hasn't been delievred and cancelled without any prior notice to me. Again for the second time have ordered the same item vide order id: od[protected], which was also followed the same scenario keeping me waiting till 23rd jan (Promised date: 20 jan, 2020), and cancelled on their own without any prior information.

                      Please resolve my issue.

                      They have kept me waiting for 10 days by which my credit card statement has been generated and I need to pay my first month EMI without my product delivered. Flipkart is saying that the product cannot be delivered at the address provided, which took them 10 days for each order (20 days). Please raise a complaint against Flipkart and provide a resolution to me.

                      I have placed an order again on 13th of Jan vide order id: OD[protected], which is also to the same address. but, it also took 10 days to cancel asking me to wait beyond the promised date. Also, the refund hasn't been completed till date.

                      Why can't you cancel the order on first 2-3 business days, saying it cannot be delivered at the given address..? being it already cancel before.

                      Also, I requested for an address change of the product, well before the product was picked from the seller, which was not approved..

                      Also, I requested for a self pickup from the nearest hub, which was also not approved..

                      Now, Because you have not cancelled my order or delivered my order on time, I need to pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered to me in any manner.. and given me all these troubles...refund is not completed till date from then.

                      What kind of service is this from flipkart? who will pay the first month EMI for the product which is not delivered?

                      I need an explanation here and a resolution.
                      They never slove customer problem if i query for any order they can not give solution

                        I ordered a book, i received some other book. I requested to return the book. Pickup boy called me in morning on 22.01.2020 and said i will not come to pick the product. You have to come in our office and give the product. I went there and gave the product and asked for receipt. He refused to give me receipt and throw away my parcel and said, i will cancell your return request. And misbehaved.

                            Am a regular user of flipkart
                            On november 3, 2019 my flipcart account got blocked without any reason and i called customer care further times regarding the issue, and its been3 months i, am calling the customer care, but i still didnt get any kind of resolution from their side, even i had tried raising complaint thru twitter and they told me i, am ordering too much products, which is against company policy, so they are not ready to unblock

                            The main issue is i have a paylater due to be settled on nov 10, 2019 and till now it is not yet settled, i dont have a proper payment gateway to settle the due, even ifthey found any kind of practices which is against their policy, atleast they can get me a mail regarding any kind of actions before blocking me as a warning, how can i trust flipkart and whats is the logic of blocking me for ordering too much products, atleast flipkart should add on limitation in shopping as a caption in advertisements, im also a plus member, and they are encouraging the customers to earn coins and withdraw thru certain brands or websites, they only keep us motivating to do the purchase again and again

                            Very pathetic experience, now am getting many sms and calls from the paylater services regarding the due and legal actions will be taken
                            Being an active member please unblock my account and i will payback the paylater due

                              My name is deven jangir. I have ordered apple airpods from flipkart on 10th of january, and supposed to get delivered on 11th. The order id is od[protected] i have got the delivery on 11th morning. I came to house, and opened the box. There was only apple box in package, but the airpods were missing. I have immediately called flipkart and complained for this. The agents said it's an big mistake we will look into it, talk to the seller, and get back to you with a solution. I have said ok. And then they have created my return request. Then after one day they called me and saud me to send the photos of box and my id proof. I have immediately replied on their mail with my photos of box and my id proof, then the next they they have sent me a mail saying "we have not received your id proof so we are cancelling this return request. I have again called them, so they said sir we will create the rerurn request again. Then i said him to stay on call and sended my id proof on call via flipkart app, he said sir i got your id proof. Now i will asscelate your issue and you will soon get a solution. Then after 2 days no response flipkart sent me a mail.in which they have written that"you have sended us your id proof so we are cancelling your return. From that day till now. I have investes so much of my time talking to flipkart and i have sended my id proof for 20 times. And still they mail me that we are cancelling the return request because you have not mailed us your id. I am really sad and deppressed. I feel i have lost my money, my product, my time.

It would have reflected in your credit card by 31 Jan 20. If you do not see the refund in your account by this time, please check the previous statement of your bank account before reaching out to the bank.
                              There is not any update from flipkart. They just think that customer is a fool and will going to forgot this fraud thing they are doing.
                              Today, again flipkart has rejected my return refund by sending the same mail that i have not provided them my ID proof. They are again doing this same thing and continoisly fooling me. I have called their customer care, they were clueless and just repeating the whole thing. I want my money/ product back. This is intoleleble.
                              It's been so many days and flipkart has not given me any solution. I request people thay do not buy anything from flipkart. They will take your money, and will not deliver the product, and then they will take you for granted.

                                I placed a order and confirmed my order on 22th January. Order id-OD[protected] after that i complain on flipkart customer support helpline and one executive ask me for reorder. And as usually i ordered this product 2nd time (order id- OD[protected] but same problem, without any reason flipkat canceled my order. And now offer is over so this product price is change now. Flpkart totally cheat me. If flipkart not solved my problem then i'll take a strong step with evidence and media against flipkart. Thank you.

                                    Flipkart has blocked my account and every time i contact customer care they said that i have to write an email about the problem, so i emailed flipkart for 7, 8 times but no response and my account is still blocked. There are all my details in account which can be misused by flipkart. Customer support of flipkart really sucks.

                                        Only one piece wireless mini i6s was delivered instead of two pieces, the delivered wireless mini i6s is not a mp3 player as indicated in the flipkart online order form order / invoice. (Photo attached).
                                        The other item which was delivered was a useless mobile phone telescope (Which was not ordered) (Photo attached).
