I have purchased wooden bed from Flipkart on :[protected]order ID : OD[protected]. They have sent different product mentioned from online site also it is defective and low quality furniture. I have raised several return request but they are cancelling every time. I have called several time but Flipkart executives not giving satisfactory reply and even not escalating this issue. I am suffering from more than one month.

Product name: Crystal Furnitech Aspen Engineered Wood King Drawer Bed Walnut + Dream White FK-540.6 Particle Board NA | FK-540.6

I am in very frustrating as there is no escalation and So pathetic customer service. Flipkart is just making fool of me and nothing else and their representative are also of no use nor their escalation team.

I don't want this product and want complete refund of my amount.

Still problem is not resolved. Flipkart is raising tickets for product uninstallation and M/S Jeeves Consumer Services is canceling the tickets. Complete process is moving in infinite loop from last 2 month. I am in very frustrating as there is no escalation and So pathetic customer service. Flipkart is just making fool of me and nothing else and their representative are also of no use nor their escalation team.

    My flipkart account has been blocked from pas 3 months and whenever I call there customer executive they just say we are filing your request someone will contact you regarding the issue and no one contacts me. I have been doing the same thing from past 3 months and they are not unblocking my account. tThe worst customer care service my ever encounter.

      Delivery boy called me and say today he can't delever my product, but he is on Gourandi area from my location 06KM to 07KM hardly, then why he can't deliver my order today. Delivery boy misbehaved me, it's shouldn't be happened, really I have a bad experience regarding your delivery. Today I need my product at any cost because tomorrow I will go out side. I have issues with the camera, i realised it when i compared the camera quality of other Samsung A50 which was so far better than the piece i received. I checked online there is no return policy and exchange policy is 48 hours and its been 1 week purchasing mobile. I have no other option to return and feel being cheated

          Dear Team,

          In reference to above mentioned subject, I am writing this mail with high hopes. I had 2 men’s crocs sandals & 2 women’s crocs slippers for which I received packet 25th December, 2019.

          • Instead of 4 pairs, I have received only 3 pairs.
          • To my surprise your system shows all 4 pairs of crocs are delivered.
          • Out of total 3 pairs delivered to me, 2 were of wrong size.
          • What is going on? No process? No quality control?
          • Why your system shows that 4 pairs are delivered, when only 3 pairs were delivered?

          Even after several Reminders on mail & calls, I have not received satisfactory resolution.

          Request you to take appropriate action against company. So, that next time this don't happen to any other client.

              I ordered a lenovo laptop of 50 thousand on 22nd december and I was promised to get it on 25th but I didn't get it. Whenever I called them they said it will be delivered by 30. Even on the 29 they said 'Sir wait till 30 december your product will be delivered for sure' and then again I called them on 30 and they said 'sorry sir your product will not be delivered and please cancel it'. When I asked them what's the reason of this they said it has been misrouted.

              They even said that someone must have informed me about it on 28 (Which was totally wrong as I didn't got any such info)

              I have paid all the amount via net banking on 22nd December.

              I waited till 30 december and because of their unprofessionalism I had to cancel the order on 30.

              Now they have given me the date of 9 december for refund which is again 12 days from cancelling the order.

              My 50 thousand rupees has been struck from last 12 days and according to them I'll have to wait 12 more days which around 24 days.

              This is a very big amount for someone like me and they are just fooling around the customer and not providing the solution.

                To add to above description, the pick up person (from ekart) refused to take the return saying the product is different (power bank instead of headphones). This happeded twice.
                Then flipkart customer service agent cancelled my first return request and I had to raise another one.
                This time, the pick up person did not even show up at my door, and straight away rejected the pick up.

                All I care about is to get my mony back. Rs.2058.

                  Dear Team,

                  I was highly impressed by the new scheme introduced by flipkart, Paylater option. I ordered a product on 29th of December 2019, which is going to deliver on 6th Jan 2020. Before I received and experienced the product I received the payment due notification, which supposed to pay on 9th Jan 2020. As per Paylater concept, I supposed to pay within 40 days from my ordered date. I reached out customer care regarding this issue. As per they said, dates does not important for Flipkart. If we purchase on last month at any dates, supposed to pay on next month 10th. Which completely not acceptable. There is no 40 days concept. As per Flipkart policy everybody should use paylater concept at 1st of every month only. Then why the system is allowing us to purchase products later on days, which should not allow users to use paylater option.

                  Need a proper justification on this new concept.

                    I received a product on 9th december, 2019 but product was damaged and installation team saw the issue while installing the product. From that day there is a infinite loop of complaints as I ask for return and refund. They forward the request and installation team give wrong updates. I was given 16, 21, 26, 31 December and now 2nd and 5th Jan but still issue is not getting resolved and they just forward the request. I have called 20-30 times to discuss the same thing repeatedly. This has resulted in so much frustration and time wastage but still issue is not getting resolved.

                      Hi i have an Flipkart account i was ordering a headphone it was showing in stock but when i purchase it it get cancelled saying that it's out of stock then why they listed as in stock i tried it some may times ordering the same product my be there is some system error it keeps on v cancelling the orders automatically saying it's out of stock suddenly next day my account got blocked saying that "Your account has been blocked Contact Customer support to fix it" f
                      After i contacted some mANY TIMEs 3 months keeps on contacting the customer what they say is same dialogue " we have raised the issue higher authority working on that please wait 3days" what the ### they are doing from past 4momths first of all the issue done by the system and now they are creating drama

                          After your successful two wrong deliveries for the same order placed on 12/12/2019 and since 23/12/2019 till today, for continuously 6 days, following incidents happened:
                          1) I received the message for pick up return from ekart logistics.
                          2) Neither anyone arrives to pick up or i receive any call for pick up for whole day.
                          3) I received another message from ekart logistics by each evening that pickup rejected due to missing contents.
                          4) I called delivery agent and he says thay ITS INSTRUCTION BY FLIPKART NOT TO PICK UP WRONG MODEL DELIVERED ABOVR 1500/- and asked me to contact flipkart to drop a customized mail to them for pick up.
                          5) I called flipkart agent and asked to do the same but same of your bloody ### is happening. You people have some shame ? No business ethics.

                              I ordered Redmi 8 A which was delivered on 25 Dec .I put in a request for replacement because when i used to switch between screens, the screen used to get freezed and i had to lock n unlock the phone again n again to make it work . For around 2 hrs, i was pestered by the customer agent trying to tell me that mobiles r like computers etc etc ...he kept on telling me again n again to follow various steps to change settings ...n to reset the phone .I told him, i have already been reset my phone ...he said u do it again n then again...and later agreed that phone will be replaced .However, he sent a technician from Jeeves on 30 dec..who tried to run the phone in reset mode without sim ...and showed me that screen was working fine and refused for replacement.

                              The phone comes with 10 days replacement Policy .Why is flipkart refusing it ? This particular handset is not fine . It freezes inbetween . How can a technician judge it in 15 minutes ?

                              I have around 1.5 - 2 hrs conversation saved on my word file .If required, will share it too. This is causing a lot of mental agony and as if being bullied by the customer care .would request to please replace the handset .

                              I have put in a replacement request again and have shared the two SMS messages that i received from.flipkart .Please check the language .

                              Though the flipkart has just called once today, when i wasn't available and couldn't
                              lift the phone .

                                    Look I have ordered PUMA shoes, got on time, I was happy with the product but the shoes was different size so I requested to give me smaller then I ordered. Seller accepted my request.I put it back that shoes as it is in original box with receipt. Later, when I got my exchange and check, I was shocked, Got two pair of local brand shoes with kitchen stuff, I talked with courier delivery guys but he didn’t listen and take the original shoes with him and left local brand shoes at home. I’m really really peaced off. I complained couple of time to seller and flipkart but Haven’t received ant satisfied response. They take some days to resolve this issue but at the end automatically cancel refund request by saying seller policy doesn’t meet the criteria. That’s how they work.Didn’t anticipate from you. I can send you each and every proof of this order.

                                      i have ordered a bed from flipkart, after a day installation guy from jeeves arrived and outsmarted us to somehow put small accesories into his bag (accesories like plastic legs for support and caps to hide the screws) and even took away the manual with him.

                                      the installation guy said that those accesories wont come with the given bed and we need to buy separetely in the market, where the fact is that such accesories wont be available in the market.

                                      he wanted to sell such accesories to us hiding from the package contents we recieved.

                                      this issue has disturbed my routine life to a great extent, effecting peace and harmony in my home.

                                      as a customer are we supposed to be attentive while someone is installing the product or is the installation guy supposed to show some responsibility to perform work for what he is trusted by customers.???

                                      I request to penalise the installation guy for his breach of trust

                                        I ordered Redmi k20 pro, with exchange offer worth Rs 4950 for my old Redmi note 4.
                                        Now on their site its clearly mentioned that if your phone has any color chipped off or a crack on body or any other cosmetic damage the exchange value will reduce which i am totally fine with.
                                        But they will refuse the exchange if :
                                        1) IMEI doesnt match to what you entered while ordering the phone
                                        2) Phone doesnt turn on
                                        3) Brand/Model is different than what you entered
                                        4) iCloud or MI account should be removed

                                        Now i had a little paint off the side corner but everything else was in mint condition. And i passed all conditions which could have lead to rejection of exchange.
                                        But instead of reducing exchange value the delivery guy outright refused to collect the phone and cancelled my order himself.
                                        When i contacted flipkart customer care they said its the delivery guy's (they also call him wishmaster) wish to accept or reject an exchange phone.
                                        But thats no where mentioned in terms and conditions.
                                        Its like false advertising. I dont know what to do now.
