I am writing to formally complain about an issue I am facing with Flipkart regarding my recent purchase of a Panasonic Split AC. Below are the details of my purchase:
Order Date: 28th February 2025
Delivery Date: 1st March 2025
Installation Date: 2nd March 2025
During the installation, the service technician requested the purchase invoice for warranty registration. However, when I attempted to download the invoice from the Flipkart app, I encountered an error preventing me from accessing it.
Since then, I have raised multiple complaints with Flipkart, requesting them to provide me with the invoice, but they have failed to do so. Without the invoice, I am unable to register for the product warranty, leaving me unprotected in case of future issues with the AC.
This raises serious concerns about the authenticity of the product Flipkart has sold me. Their refusal to provide the invoice makes me suspect that they might be selling unauthorized or fake products. If my AC encounters any issues in the future, who will be responsible for the repair costs since I was unable to register the warranty due to Flipkart's negligence?
I request immediate action against Flipkart for their poor service and for withholding the invoice. Please ensure that they provide me with my invoice at the earliest, as it is my right as a consumer.
