Flipkart — pay later-late fee | |
Hi, I have bought product from myntra using flipkart paylater option, but myntra sent me the wrong product so i had to return. After returning pay later balance was not deducted. So i have raised the complaint to flipkart on 26th of august. They have taken 20 + days to findout the issue. As per their incident: in[protected] they told me to contact myntra for this. Flipkart rep promised me that they will waive off the late fee for pay later as they were unable to find out the issue. Now myntra has resolved the issue but filpkart is refusing to waive off late fee. Since it is not my mistake i want flipkart to waive off my late fee. It is myntra and flipkarts internal problems and i dont want to pay extra 200 for their technical issues. Was this information helpful? | |
