Flipkart — Payment Deducted but the money did not reach flipkart | |||||
I was about to order a phone from flipkart called "Redmi Note 3" which had a price tag of Rs. 9999/- . As soon as i reached the payment portal i choose netbanking as the payment method. Selecting my bank as "J&K Bank" i filled up my credentials and proceeded. As soon as i reached the merchants site through which the payment was supposed to be made to flipkart, The process suddenly stopped and There was a message showing that the payment was not successful. I immediately checked the bank account, i came to know that money had been deducted from my account. But neither the payment was made nor the order was placed. It showed nothing in "My Orders" section of my flipkart account. Upon contacting flipkart they asked me to contact the bank which i think is not fair. PLEASE do something.
