[Resolved] Flipkart — Payment deducted from credit card but order not replaced | |||
Hi, My name is Nikhil and I was trying to order OPPO Watch 46MM (Gold) by using SBI credit card (for getting additional 1000 rupee benefit). However, when I made the payment I received a payment failed notification, even when the amount already got deducted from my credit card. I'm still getting this status as "order not placed". Order ID is "OD[protected]" For your reference I'm also attaching the screenshot of the texts received from bank. Kindly either refund the amount or place the order. Thanks! Please check the previous statement/unbilled transaction of your account before reaching out to the bank. You may contact your bank’s customer care with the refrence number (74332741086108512849457) using the number mentioned on the back of your card in case you need further assistance. If they are unable to help, you may raise a dispute with the bank's grievance cell.
