[Resolved] Flipkart — payment done online, but order not placed; please refund the amount | |||
I was trying to place an order for xaomi mi max 2 on flipkart on 21/09/2017, at at around 12.05 am. I chose for online payment through my sbi debit card. The payment was done successfully, & an amount of rs. 13, 499 was debited from my account. Flipkart txn#[protected] But the order was not placed. The order page said "payment did not go through", although the payment was already done. The sms & the email that i received from my sbi bank after the successful transaction are attached herewith for proof of the payment. Please refund me the already paid amount of rs. 13, 499 to my bank account as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
