[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment done order not placed

Address:Bangalore, 614401

Was trying to place an order for xaomi mi max 2 on flipkart on 20/03/2019, at at around 12.00 am. I chose for online payment through my ib debit card. The payment was done successfully, & an amount of rs. 13, 999 was debited from my account. Flipkart txn#[protected]
But the order was not placed. The order page said "payment did not go through", although the payment was already done.
The sms & the email that i received from my sbi bank after the successful transaction are attached herewith for proof of the payment.
Please refund me the already paid amount of rs. 13, 999 to my bank account as soon as possible.

Payment made but order not placed.When i contacted flipkart they said to wait for 24hrs to get confirmation of order approval or refund.But i didn't get any messages or emails.Then I contacted them, they told me wait for six days to resolve the issue.When will i get my money back
