[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failed and money debited refund not received | |||
I try to order a mobile (13, 999rs) using my paytm debit card on 18.4.2018.but my payment failed an order not placed.and my money debited.after 7days money was not refund.i also called my bank bank told me that the transaction was successfull. and flipkart told money dosnt recevied the seller.what i do now??plz help me its allrdy7days.plz refund my money flipkart. my registred mail id is [protected]@gmail.com my registred number is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
Jun 7, 2018 Complaint marked as Resolved flipkart doesnot involved Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Apr 27, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We will revert on it.
Verified Support May 05, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint stating that the amount is debited from his debit card, however, the order is not confirmed. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the amount was not received by the seller, due to which the order was not confirmed. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
