[Resolved] Flipkart — payment failed but amount charged | |||
I would like to inform that on[protected] I tried to make a purchase of Redmi note 5 pro for rs 12999 through EMI system. but unfortunately the payment was failed n order was not placed. However in my credit card it showed that amount of rs 12999 was added as outstanding. When I called the SBI card call center they said that FLIPKART HAS CLAIMED THE AMOUNT FOR THAT TRANSACTION. So, I want flipkart to kindly refund my amount so that the wrongly charged amount can be deducted from my card. Was this information helpful? | |||
