[Resolved] Flipkart — payment made and order not showing | |||||
I made payment of Rs. 16000 for purchase of Nokia 6.1 plus using Flipkart application on 08.01.2019, still after two days there is no confirmation of my order. I am being harassed by Flipkart, when I talk with customer care they say our backend team will contact you and resolve your problem and backend team called once there was no voice from other side, they did not ring again. My money is blocked and i cannot buy a mobile from somewhere else as well. My transaction details Sms received after payment Thank you for using your SBI Debit Card 459XX9943 for a purchase worth Rs16000.0 on POS FKPAYMENTS at FKPAYMENTS txn# PT[protected].If not done by you, forward this SMS from mobile number registered with SBI to [protected] to block your card. You may also call[protected] Details given in email Transaction ID: TX[protected] We tried to get in touch with you on 99xxxxxx15and 97xxxxxx75 to discuss the issue about your order ID OD[protected] but couldn't reach you.
