[Resolved]  Flipkart — payment made and order not showing

I made payment of Rs. 16000 for purchase of Nokia 6.1 plus using Flipkart application on 08.01.2019, still after two days there is no confirmation of my order. I am being harassed by Flipkart, when I talk with customer care they say our backend team will contact you and resolve your problem and backend team called once there was no voice from other side, they did not ring again. My money is blocked and i cannot buy a mobile from somewhere else as well.

Why can't they send me a simple email and resolve my problem.
