Flipkart — Persistent harassment dealing the order for 3 times. Still not delivered.

So again you have failed to deliver the order.
This is the third time you had postponed the delivery date.
After dealing and canceling the order again and again at your end you finally promised to delivery today on 6th August 2026 but again you are telling it will be delivered after a few days. Are you not ashamed for your persistent harassment going on for so long? Making you liable to be prosecuted under the consumer protection act 2019 for your severe negligence in deficiency to deliver the confirm order against full payment in advance paid to you through upi but you failed again and again keeping us waiting causing hell of trauma, waste of our valuable time for so long. Holding you liable for heavy punishment and compensation which make a legal note of.
