Flipkart — Phone missing on shipment

My name is Rakesh & i am a very new customer to flipkart. On my very first purchase i have bought a Samsung Galaxy S6 phone from your company & i was charged Rs 33900 which is very huge amount for me as a executive level associate. To be very real i was willing to buy it from flipkart but the delivery was quick on the very next day i ordered it. i purchased it and cancelled once due to shortage of money. With in 2 days i arranged the money and again order. The courier was send to me on 26th of April 2016. I took the courier and paid the amount Rs 33900 total cost of product. And when i open the packet, what i found is the cartoon box was already opened by someone and smartly sticked so that it feels that no one has opened it. Very quickly i opened the packed and i found there was no phone in the box except the accessories & catalogue. I was so worried as it is happened very first time to me. i am a regular customer of Amazon, some times in amazone as well i received another product instead of ordered but not like something missing. Very quickly i called to customer care but in flipkart talking to customercare is itself a very hard work. Sometimes it says to press 1, sometimes 2, 3 & 4, and automatically disconnects. But any how after enormous number of tries i was able to register my complain. Meanwhile what i did is marked a mail as well on [protected]@flipkart.com. I get no response on next day & again i mark a call to flipkart customer care. And again they took a request & asked my for refund or replacement. I told them to give me my phone but they replied that there is no phone in stock and initiated the refund. They took my bank detail as well.

So now the condition is i have already paid Rs 33900 & what i received is charger & headset which cost nothing. The customercare executive talk very politely & assured me that they will sort the problem by 5 pm 27th April 2016. After talking to CCE i was somewhere feeling ok that i will get my money but again on the same day i get another update that it will get sorted upto 9 pm 27th april 2016. I was on the waiting mode but again, i get nothing in the name of resolution. On the same day after 9pm when i again called to customer care i was told that we need more 24 hours time. I explained her that i have a talk before and the time frame shared to me was 9pm 2nd time. But they told we are working in to your issue. what can i do now i keep waiting but today i get a mail that the issue is resolved through troubleshooting & courier was received. Who is telling that courier was not received? But there is no phone inside the box. And also if i have not received the phone how troubleshooting is done. That is how i can imagine the poor work environment of flipkart. I have paid rs 33900 which cost lot for me. I am worried about my money but the associates are just taking the concern as a joke. It is not their money so that executives are feeling so. And also i dont know either flipkart is involved as a company to sallow my money. Please help me out, i have worked day & night to arrange this money. Please help.
