[Resolved]  Flipkart — Phone not received on my purchase of rs 32500 A9 pro samsung

My name is sahil akram. I work on Aiims. I am writing this complain against Flipkart.com. The reason for writing the complain is because i purchase Samsung A9 Pro in gold colour from flipkart on 23rd of Feb 2017 whereas the delivery came to me on 27th of Feb 2017. There were two people on bike who came with only my delivery. I paid them rs 32490 and they handed the delivery to me. There was a cartoon box taped and once i open the cartoon box there was a phone box inside the cartoon box. Once i open the phone box there was no phone inside the box at the place of phone space. i have checked the box internally as well but there was no phone. I was so worried about how does it possible. So at the same time i called to customercare and had a talk where i was told that not to worry i would get the delivery by 28th feb but at that day i wont get any delivery rather i get the mail stating that i need to wait till 1st march 2:30pm but again on 1st march nothing got happened and agian when i called on 2nd march again i was told to wait till 24 more hours but today a mail was send that ''We'd like to let you know that your recent request has been cancelled as our systems have detected an unusually high number of returns in your purchase history." Do you know one thing it is just my 1st purhase. please help me on it. The order id is OD[protected].

Dear Sir/madam,

I got a call from a guy 2 days back stating that he will get back to me with possible resolutions. When i asked when did you get back with resolution, i was told with in 24 to 48 hours which has already .been passed but still i wont get any delivery neither the guy came back with resolution. Kindly help me out. Also please suggest the further way so that i can get the justice.

Dear Sir/madam,

I got a call from flipkart stating that they are not going to process the request in the other means they are directly telling that they are not going to provide the phone to me and also telling that they have proof of it that they have send me the product whereas i have not received it. So i asked them a clear mail stating that they has denied on all that mean. So further assist me to register a complain against the company in the legal way. i am very thankful for the way you helped me, further please help me file the legal complain. I really do not want to leave the company.
