[Resolved] Flipkart — phone not working properly | |||||
I bought a Yureka Bleck phone on 2nd may through online. Now I using Jio & BSNL sim cards.In my new phone Jio sim often cut off while calling. speed of internet 70% lower than other phone where I used the same sim card.Moreover whats app and other apps not working properly.I reboot my phone its hanging. this happening throughout daily.Download speed is below 100 kb/s while the same sim card speed is 500kb/s in other phone. you knowYu 4711 was my old phone where the sim card working properly. Verified Support Jun 28, 2018 Flipkart Customer Care's response We have interacted with the customer regarding the issue of product defective, apologized for the inconvenience customer stated that he is having network issue, hence he has given the phone in the service center, informed that phone has a warranty of one year, and asked to wait to get the phone back after service and if they are not helping or any such issue occur, customer can contact us. Customer agreed and closing the case.
