[Resolved] Flipkart — pick up done but cancelled after the approval for refund | |||
My phone is picked up by the pick up boy and now why the status is showing pickup cancelled in the flipkart app. If the refund was approved and i was supposed to receive the refund then how it got cancelled by ekart without my concent. Actually the product is totally damaged delivered by ekart and i have sent emails to flipkart so many time of the broken procuct i has received but till now no one has solved the problem i have sent all the screen shots of call details and etc. I ahve called flipkart so many times emailed so many times but no action is been taken to refund my money. I had escalated this matter on or before 1september 2017 till now no soltion has been found every time they say your matter will be solved in 24 hours from 1 September how many 24 hours had gone by.
