Dear sir,
My registered mobile number is [protected]. I ordered hp core i3 6th gen laptop having price of 36068 rupees, (Od[protected] but i received it in damaged condition. So, i requested refund of my money on 29th aug within dates. Refund was accepted, and pick up by 4th sept. After 1 hour, pick service men came and told that they didnt received any authorised mail to pick up damaged product. So they returned.
Then, i called your executives, they told me to cancel this request and raise new one. So, i raised new request on 6th sept, it was again accepted, refund accepted by technician but didn't pick up laptop.
Got same problem, so i called your executive once again, he once again told me same to raise the rafund request.
And 3rd time i raised the request on 11th sept, got accepted, refund aprroved by technician but didn't pick up.
Got cancelled automatically, so i called your executive and 4th time i raised refund request on 14th sept.
Can you tell me how many times should i have to do this bull #?
Can you slove this problem and tell m when do i get refund?

Updated by Tamboli Prashant Issue is not resolved by flipkart. I am not getting any solution. When i am trying to call flipkart from last 15 days, its saying all their executives are busy...from last 15 days????
So i sent mail to [protected]@flipkart.com but reply is comming as its no longer in use.
