I have brought "gionee mobile battery for gionee p5 mini" in flipcart. After that i put the battery in my mobile. At that time itself, the battery if it is in 50% the mobile is automatic switch offing, i were in outer city, so i didn't have any mobile service centre near by my home, now only we gave the mobile to mobile service center, but they told that battery is not good, weak and duplicate. So please replace my battery or give back my money. Its price is rs.799. As soon as possible.

    I have ordered apple macbook air from flipkart choosing debit card emi option but to my surprise whole amount was deducted from my account. Now when i called customer service representative and told the same, they were denying the fact that there is no such service of debit card emi available on their app. When i said that i have screenshots of this showing apple macbook air product on flipkart app with debit card emi option. They blamed me of not choosing correct option while paying. That's totally incorrect. While i only wanting to pay through debit card emi, i was extra cautious making payment.

      My flipkart account has been deactivated but now i want to reactive my account. Please do activate my account. My email id was deleted accidentally so that my flipkart account got deleted but i reactivated my email id and tried to login to flipkart but it shows that the details are invalid i want to recover my flipkart account.           I ordered a ifb microwave from flipkart and i wasn`t available at my home address where delivery was supposed to take place. I called customer care and requested them for rescheduling the delivery after 2nd oct as i had to travel without prior notice. My request was lodged and assured that they will reschedule the delivery. Now, i have got a message update that my order has been cancelled. I called customer care again and they have a different version this time that they can`t reschedule delivery. This is highly unethical as order was cancelled after first attempt itself. I want my order to be delivered at my address at my desired time. This incident happened on 21st sep and order was placed on 18th-19th sep 2017.

            Flipkart cheated it's customers by advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999/

            Yesterday[protected] night flipkart send me a notification through their app advertising that huawei p9 will be on flash sale for rs:14, 999 from 22nd midnight 12am onwards. After seeing this promo on app, i checked their website and found the same ad there as well. But at that time the product was not available and it was showing "coming soon" on the product page. I decided to wait till 12 am to buy that phone. But even after 12 am, it was still showing "coming soon". I waited till 2.30 am refreshing the page in every few seconds hoping that the phone will eventually appear on sale. But it never happened. Went to sleep at 2.30 am and woke up around 6.30 am and the first thing i did was to check the same product page and it was still showing "coming soon". I checked again few times before leaving for an important meeting and all the time it was showing the same status. I even checked it in between my meeting and the status was the same. And now the status is "sold out".

            Flipkart cheated their customers like me who were waiting for hours to by huawei p9 on discounted rate. They put a lot of advertisement regarding the flash sale of this phone on all the main news sites. It is pure cheating from flipkart. Just now i called their customer support and the lady who i talked with doesn't even care. I wasted almost 6 hours in the late night and was very sleepy in the morning even when i was driving. And i couldn't finish the meeting well coz i was too sleepy. I will file a consumer complaint if i don't get a satisfying reply from flipkart.

            I already talked with your customer service twice. First time the lady didn't had a clue. And second time when i insisted on talking to the senior department, the executive agreed and asked me to wait till the call connected to the senior level. I waited for almost 15 minutes and all i heard was the music and i had to disconnect the call.

            However, i can try one more time. But what should i tell them? Do you have any case number or something like that? I am afraid that your executives will be clueless again.

The value which is appearing at the site is 20999 however when i open the connection to purchase the item the cost consequently changes to 26899. What is this. The organization is playing with the feelings of the client. Require dire answer for this issue and need the item at the cost of 20999. One of my dear companion has bought a similar portable from flipkart today morning at 20999 yet when i began requesting the versatile the cost consequently raised with no earlier notice.                 I ordered mahroon colour pepe jeans t-shirt but when it came to delivery, another product was delivered (Lee cooper blue colour half sleeve t-shirt which was used, different brand and with no price tag.)
                When i called flipkart customer care, i told them to refund it. When pickup man came for pickup of the parcel, he didnt picked up because of wrong request.
                When i requested the another time next day, again pickup man came but he again didnt picked up telling the excuse that he want a mail from flipkart to pickup this used, different brand and with no price tag lee cooper t-shirt.
                And this goes on again and again.

                This is very dissappointing. I request you all to please take this wrong product back and refund may amount (Rs. 899)

                I ordered mahroon colour pepe jeans tshirt but i recieved used old damaged lee cooper blue colours t shirt with no price tag..
                I complained in flipkart customer care, they told me that i will get the refund once the product will be picked up. They also requested for pickup but when the pickup man came he told me that he will not be able to pick up the product as his seniors told him not to... I complained again and requested for refund.
                This has now gone for several time, i. E. I have requested for refumd more than 7 times... But there is no response everytime i request you people always give a new excuse.

                Its my humble request to please refund this product and get me my rs. 899 back.

                  The product (Lenovo smart watch hw 01) delivered to me on 18 th of september has problem with the device.. So i was continuesly from day 1 trying to return or replace the stuff. But the people from customer service is not understanding the exact issue with the device and rejecting my product return.. Kindly help me out to get a suitable replacement or refund of 2500.. The product specifications said it will be connected to or paired with any of the android phones but in the product which is delivered it is showing that, it will be connected to android 4.4+.. Now i cannot change the phone for the device. So resolve my issue.

                    I had purchased whirlpool washing machine on 10th sep, 2017 and from that time onwards i am just following up with customer care for the defective product.

                    Its a request please i need a refund as i am not happy with this whirlpool washing machine product which is defective the water inlet is not proper it does not flow in the washing tub and it takes a lot of time even the technician had checked he had informed that the whirlpool machine water inlet is designed in l shape and its not direct please its time consuming i need a cancellation and refund of this product wrote so many mails called so many times to customer care of flipkart but my problem is not resolved i am just tired.

                    I am very disappointed with flipkart services i am been just given dates but my problem is still not resolved please its a request i need a refund of this product please.

                    Please understand my concern.

                        I am not happy with the flipkart services. It seems to be totally fake service provider. Today i have purchase mi a1. It was added in to my cart and when i try to continue for payment it stopped for some second and the product become out of stock. I don't know why if there is any product added into your cart how it gets out of stock. I agree if the item is not added into your cart. But though after adding into the cart it goes out of stock is totally rubbish. A person need some time to add payment as well as i wasnt got time to add payment.in a few second it is going to be out of stock. I am totally disappointed. Cart item become out of stock is not good. I waste my full night time with adding this into cart and after a few second it become empty. Now i think never go with flipkart any more.

                              Dear sir/mam,

                              This is narayana rao panga, recently purchased redminote 4 and back cover and tempered glass. Done transaction amount of total 11, 696/ from credit card.

                              After that i have cancelled the order of back cover amount rs.378/- but still the refunded amount was not credited to my bank account.

                              According to words from flip kart customer care, the amount refunded on the same day sep 3rd 2017, for this flip kart provided transaction id and authorization code. Please find attached screen shot for your reference.

                              Now, same mail has been forwarded to icici bank, according to words from icici bank customer care, no such has received on the credit card.

                              Please find attached screen shot of icici bank mail.

                              Now i am totally bluffed between icici bank and flipkart, please help me on this issue?? How to claim the refunded money.

                                  I have not received the refund of rs574 till now for the order id:od[protected]. I have cancelled the order soon after the immediate order as mistakenly i have selected the wrong size. I have done the payment through icici bank credit card and the refund id reflecting as 98017135. Still i have not received the credit of this amount till now. Already checked with the icici credit card team also for the same and got the confirmation regarding non refund of this amount.

                                    I just buyed i phone 7 on flipkart 3weeks before it got stucked for 3 days. And when we keep charge to it the phone is becoming very hot and what should i do and please respond to my complaint as possible as you can and it's just 3 weeks i just got my phone in my hands and there are my friends who bought mobiles from apple stores there phone is not hanging and why the hell my phone is banging

                                      I ordered redmi4 black (32gb) the date of 15-sep-2017 but still im not receving till date the courier service recieved 17-sep-2017 name was ekart from pakala they every day should be stock will out of delivered but at the end of the day,,,, item should be delivered tomorrow,,,,,,,,, i called that courier service but they not give proper responce,,,,,, pls as do needfull

                                        My self lovepreet singh i am a customer of your company. And i am very very disappointed of your services. I ordered redmi 4a one time on cash on delivery and you diver my product successfully but when i open the box. I am very shocked to see in the box becoze the box is empty.
                                        Then i contact to customer care they assured me to bring a new replacement for me. I am very happy for see your customer care service they give me replacement for my product.

                                        But that's not enough you give me another box of empty. Just tell me i paid money for empty box? Really? You guys make me fool once again successfully.

                                        Then i give another complaint to your customer service for back my money but you give me no answer till today.

                                        Tell me what can i do now. I am really upset about your services
