I have ordered (Order ID OD[protected] one VAN HEUSEN
Solid Single Breasted Casual Women Full Sleeve Blazer (Green) Worth Rs. 1099 (Refund ID:[protected]) and one VAN HEUSEN
Solid Single Breasted Formal Women Full Sleeve Blazer (Grey) Worth Rs. 3059 in Flipkart which was delivered on 2nd March and request for return on the same day (2nd March) after few minutes. After the Pickup team come to me for picked up the products the picked up rejected due to Reverse Pick Up Sealed Tag was missing (RVP Tag) in both the product and my picked up rejected.But all the price tags are available with that products. After many conversation with the customer care team of Flipkart tey assure me to make pick up the products from their end but every time they pickup got rejected. I am very much upset with their response.The delivery executive come to picked up the product and everytime flipkart logistic customer care team order not to pick up the product and got rejected . I got frustated and make the return cancelled but now the retuen cancellation is also not done by their end.
What is going on actually I dont know, When I received the product, no RVP Tag is present there. Now If I am going to receive any product I am also concerned whether there is RVP Tag availabe or not, for that First I have to open the product infront of the delivery executive and if the RVP tag is missing then I refuse to receive the product, is this acceptable for the Flipkart team?
Please look into the matter, as a plus member of Flipkart I got very disappointed of Flipkart Service Was this information helpful? |
