Flipkart — Pick up & refund money Rs.15995/-

Mam. iam usha rani... i ordered the 4 door wardrobe on 23rd october 2025. my product received on 13th November. 14 th November installer came my house and open the product for installing purpose .. the product was broken ..in the same day installer raised the return product and refund money.. based on that request 17th november pick up man came our house and refused to take the product. after that in my side i raised the return request, uninstallation & packaging everything over. pichkup scheduled arranged on 20th November. No one(Ekart) is come to pick up the product.. kindly consider our situation and arrange to pick up man of Ekart and refund of our money.
