[Resolved]  Flipkart — pickup not done

Flipkart's customer care is driving me crazy. I ordered 2 watches from flipkart and cancelled the same on the very next day i. E 10th oct 2018 but evn after cancelling the product was delivered on 11th oct 2018. As the order was prepaid, i placed a return request immediately and return request was accepted and picup was scheduled for 12th oct and refund was scheduled at 15th oct. However the pickup date of 12th was missed i received a message stating pickup was rescheduled for 13th oct and thn i received no message.
Pickup is not arranged till date i. E. 20th oct 2018 and i have been complaining about this evry day from 13th oct and the resolution due dates are being extend evry time. 1st i was given due date of 15th oct thn 17th oct thn 18th oct thn 19th oct and not 24th oct.
It is a simple request of refund and i fail to understand why flipkart cannot arrange the same even after 10 days?

The problem was resolved quickly after posting the same on this platform. The seller initiated the refund and rescheduled the pickup.
Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Ya the only thing flipkart customer care representative are good at is giving meaningless resolution due dates. After the recent resolution due date of 24th oct which hasnt evn expired i got a new deadline of 25th oct!

Part of the complaint is resolved. I got refund for 1 product but there were 2 products and refund for the other 1 is still pending!

I had ordered few items from Fliplart.. in which I had to face size issue.. I raised return request for 2 items, it was showing pickup will be done on 20th of August..and on the same day they automatically canceled the pickup request from their end..

I just ordered suite( woth rs 2322/- rs + 52 coins). For our brother inlaw but its missing assceries (blazer) so i return taht and also aproved by flipcart expexted pickup date also showing on 2 may end of the day but today3 may not pickup till i am scaring about my money its fake application

I ordered a Titan watch from Flipkart. I bought it on EMI. The watch I received turned out to be a used watch. Just after opening the box and looking at the product I put a request for refund and return of the product. Since then I was given estimated delivery date for three times. But on no occasion did Flipkart wishmater showed for pick up. I was simply updated by giving reasons such as product mismatch, address incomplete etc without anyone coming up for pick up of the returned product. I sought help from Flipkart customer care but to no avail. They seem powerless and only keep on using manipulative tactics of calming down a frustrated customer without any solid resolution of the complaint. Its been 7 days since I received the product and valid period for returning an electronic product ends after 3 days. I think Flipkart guys would start making excuses after the period for return gets over. The amount I have to pay in EMIs is paltry 3.5k. But the frustration that comes with being deceived is not palpable to me. I want to take this issue to the conclusion. Please offer me some help. I seem to have exhausted chances of receiving any meaningful help from Flipkart customer care.

I had ordered one item from flipkart, in which I had scratch issue. I raised return request for this item, it was showing pickup will be done 9 august 2022 at 10:35 am. But is not done yet.

My scheduled was for item to dilevered was 9/11/22 but however it arrived on 7/11/22 but the product was bad so i wantef to return then the return scheduled was 12/11/22 but hoewver the pick up man came on the very next morning after dilvery on 8/11/22 and he pivked up the item but the messge is not showing that item has picked up.
