I just have ordered one device and i had a track of that all of a sudden. Flipkart delivered two device as i was not at home that time the order was received. And from that day i am trying to inform then that they need to come and take it back and now it has been around 6 or 7 days and no one is trying to help. As they arrange a. Callback but we are also a employee and we do work and cannot spend all day waiting for the phone calls. On advisors are help full. And doesn't know what to talk or what to be done. This is the worst service provided by you and i promise this is the last order u have done please come and take the product back the mobile is still packed not opened yet.

    Dear sir,
    This is to inform you that i have received a fake call from a mobile number - [protected]. He was having full record of my order details and was claiming to be a flipkart representative and was offering me a lucky draw gift of tata safari.
    I am worried that the online shopping we are doing with flipkart is not safe.
    We, the customers are not safe whlie doing online shopping with the flipkart.
    This is really insane and a matter of pity for all the customers of flipkart.
    I would demand a serious action against this fake call.
    This is really a dark spot on the reputation of the company.

        Hi sir, ma'am,

        I have ordered a tshirt from flipkart.com worth rs.390 in last week of july. Because of quality issue i didn't like the product and returned it. The delivery boy has came to my doorstep and has taken back the same next day. On the website it showed that the refund will be credited back by 1st august, but that never happened and i raised the dispute on the website. I got a message from flipkart.com saying that "your refund has been initiated and it will be credited to my bank account in next 7 to 10 business days"

        I waited didn't get the message for money refund from my bank account. I called flipkart.com and the way they responded was shocking for me. They said they had done the refund to you bank. Kindly contact to your customer care of your issued bank. Flipkart.com is not going to loot your money. But actually they did. I called to hsbc customer care and they said they have not received any refund from merchant flipkart.com. I raised the dispute form with my bank but still refund was not there. Bank said flipkart has not returned the money.

        Again i called to flipkart.com and asked for support. I shared my 3 months credit card statement with them but still they have one standard reply that the seller has refunded the money and i need to get it checked with my bank. The seller doesnt share any proof of payment made. Instead of that they had given me one reference no and told me to give that number to my bank so that they can check. They send me one mail as well in that they have mentioned about the reference number and the refund which had never ever happened.

        They are simply cheating and no one is here to help the customers.

          Hello sir
          I booked mi led tv on 30 september and i cancelled mi led tv on 1 october. I booked led tv on debit card emi offer. But flipkart debited 13999/- up to today no refund from flipkart. Give not proper solution to me. I used debit card emi option how they will debited my 13999/-. Up to yesterday they informed me that amount should be refunded up to 9 oct. Up to today no refund from flipkart. Flipkart executive inform me that your amount was refunded on 1 october. Who is responsible my bank is axis bank or flipkart. If i am using debit card emi option then how they debit my full amount. No positive and serious reply from flipkart.

            different/incorrect imei no. on my invoice

            I bought a cell phone from flipkart (Moto g 3rd generation) for 13, 000/- back in october, 2015. I was selling it to a person who asked me to show the bill to prove that it was actually purchased by me and not a stolen handset.

            I showed him the bill by requesting invoice for the order after which it was pointed out to me that the imei mentioned on the phone did not match with the one one the invoice.

                I, ARADHYA RASTOGI ([protected]@gmail.com), ordered FabAlley women maxi pink dress size M on 11th September and it was delivered to me on 13th September 2018. I had paid the amount of Rs.770/- by cash on delivery. I generated the return request on 17 September and got 21 September as the pick up date. Since then I have been contacting the customer support team daily to know the status of my request and they say that the status has not been updated to delivered with the seller. This is such a big fraud as they didn't hesitate at the time of taking the money and now even after a month the seller says that the product has not been delivered. This glitch is on Flipkart's end and being a customer I'm suffering without any mistake of mine. Daily for the past 20 days, they say wait for 1-2 days or 5 days, that we assure you that a resolution will be provided but no serious action has been taken and the return and refund are still pending even after almost a month. Daily a new person asks all the details, for hours I have to explain everything from the beginning like I have no other work to do. I've given the required snapshots of invoice and dress twice and the bank details twice but still the status remains the same. I'm attaching the screenshots of email and invoice and the no. Of times they have asked for a days time and delayed the issue. I want the return and refund to happen at the earliest and if not then I'll drag Flipkart down on every social media platform now about how they cheat and trouble the customers.

                  I purchased Singer fm promise1409 electric sewing machine from Flipkart dated 22 September 2018. of RS. 6599/- Order ID :- OD[protected]. In the description of the product their is information regarding in box items which must be their in box when they delivered. When the delivery of this sewing machine came we found that their is the missing item called oil bottle. Then I contact the Flipkart customer care executive and tell them about the delivery of product with missing item ( oil bottle) then the executive confirm that and apologize for the Inconvenience and placing the replacement order of the product. As the replacement come on 25 September 2018 day and we found the same missing product again As we are shocked that how can the Flipkart so called top online seller made mistake twice. So I again called customer care executive and told him about the missing item. The customer care executive explain the policy regarding the refund option. According to that they will collect product and gives the amount refund. But as I am buying sewing machine and not the oil bottle. So I don\'t want refund, but as a genuine buyer I want the product and willing to use this product. But as per consumer protection act 1986, 1) thier is right to protection against unfair trade practices. 2) seller must not to do misrepresentation 3) right to be informed As seller has to disclose all the factors such as price, information of product, the inbox items which are available with product. 4) not to cheat the consumer, but the Flipkart do all this things that they misrepresent the customer about the oil bottle is available with this product and they failed to deliver product with oil bottle even after the replacement of product. As I am law student there is my responsibility to stopped the unfair trade practices. I also registered complaint in JAGO GRAHAK JAGO ORGANIZATION ( Docket number: 953695. )

                    I have received at least 5 calls today from various numbers telling be about the big billion sale and it's extremely irritating especially when you are in the middle of something or when expecting another call. Please stop this stupid means of promotion for your company which is only going to tarnish it's reputation and i for one won't be buying anything from flipkart during the coming weeks.

                          Would like to inform you that one of delivery hub partner in itanagar of state arunachal pradesh is not delivering the flipkart shopped items instead they are using us to come and take and when we say that you have to deliver us or we won't take, they immediately ask us not take the shopped items reason being that they don't have enough workers and even say that the item is too big for them to carry. Sometimes they don't even bother us to inform and directly cancels the item. Please ask them to do proper work. Have asked them three times to not do these all unwanted things but they listen. Why to shop if they don't deliver us at home and also why to shop items if they are too big and they don't want to deliver us. Kindly waiting for some good response mam/sir.

                            This is way to resolved the issue of customer here i m not able to login account and you guys marking that issue as a resolved. See if you guys were not able help me so please inform me so i can able to take other actions regarding my complaint. I want to return my shoes and login my id as soon as possible. If you won’t be able to do so then i need to take help from your higher authorities or consumers forum.

                              I ordered a nokia 6.1 pus from flipkart, after getting the phone i faced problem as i m not able to hear either ringing tone nor the person who is speaking on other side when i m calling other person. This is happening every other time.
                              I never faced such issues earlier as i used iphone and even mi phones.
                              Flipkart first called and gave me some irrelevant troubleshooting steps which i followed but still problem was there, then they sent technician for the same and he saw that the problem was there while calling as we are not able to hear but he is saying that it is issue with every mobile and with network.
                              But i have used so many phones and same airtel network and never faced such issues earlier.
                              Now, i m asking for refund as this is aproblem with this particular model as many users have reported it to.
                              But there is no proper resolution for the same and the executives are even rude and no proper communication.

                                  My name is manoj panda purchased vu iconium 124cm ultra hd (4k) led smart tv on 5th oct-18 and installation engineer visited my place on 6th oct-18. I reported all issues found after installation to your engineer but it was unsolved. Below are the issue details.

                                  1. Tv is not supporting 4k video
                                  2. All apps (Amazone prime, hungama, hotstar etc) are not supporting, its crashing very frequently

                                  Hi,

                                  I have not received any update on the incident and misbehaviour to my wife by Vu engineer (Manjunath) during technician visit which was explained to Flipcart person taking Vu engineer (Manjunath) in conference call. I need immediate action from from flipcart as this issue caused due to purchasing product from Fliptcart where engineer coming for visit to family house and do not know how to behave. This happened by 2 engineer from Vu.

                                  Today is the 5th day is going to complete & no action taken from Flipcart even after updating all issues which I am facing due the product. Still waiting for someone from Flipcart look into this issue ASAP.

                                    Hi i placed an order with flipkart order number od[protected] on 2nd october and it still shows waiting confirmation with seller (Retailnet). This is highly unprofessional from flipkart as i have received no update from them about the product plus when i called them all the executive had to say is cancel the product and reorder again. This is ridiculous can flipkart guarentee that if i reorder again the product would be delivered. This is happening to me twice as the previous order also had the same issue and i had to follow up with flipkart rather than they updating me. I dont want a refund i want my product

                                      Order placed on flipkart for moto one power with order id od[protected] on 6th october 2018 on flash sale and confirmed for delivery by 8th october 2018.
                                      On 6th october message came saying

                                      Hi vishal kavathankar,

                                      We're sorry to let you know that your order od[protected] for the below listed item was cancelled by the seller as their partnered courier service provider is currently unable to deliver to your address.

                                      Again on 8th october message came saying

                                      Shipped: your moto one power (Black,... With order id od[protected] has been shipped and will be delivered by monday, oct 08, 2018. You will receive another sms when the wishmaster from ekart logistics is out to deliver it. Track your shipment here http://fkrt.it/VFVK~nuuuN

                                      I dont know how they are cancelling on there own, and how they are shipping again and then cancelling again.

                                      Flipkart please respect your customers.
                                      No business exist without customers.

                                      I want package back immediately.
