Flipkart — Poor customer service and product not delivered

Hello,
I had ordered iphone 11 pro on 18 Oct 2020. Which was reached by my nearest hub on 21 oct . First delivery attempt was made and the delivery agent refused to drop my package at my home, I tried to contact flipkart but they haven't resolved my issue . They kept denying and holding my status of complaint . I tried to contact customer service over chat but they aren't replying to any of my questions .

I seek action against their courier service which is if checked on google in kashmir is below 3 . It's not the first time customers have faced issues. They have very rude and negligent behaviour towards the customers .

I've suffered alot cause of your poor courier service . My product should be delivery within 2 days . It had reached Srinagar on 21 October and yet not delivery. My address is 4 km away from your courier office in Srinagar.
Never faced such from any e-sellar like Amazon, snapdeal or bewakoof. Really was a mistake choosing flipkart .
