[Resolved] Flipkart — poor service and insulting | |||
Myself trilochan jethi from malkangiri, odisha. When i received the message of my package to be delivered to me on 04.07.2018 then i was ready to receive my package but again a message came that it is undelivered to me. So i went to the ecom-express shop and took my package from the shop by confirming the cod payment. After that i had applied for return because of the size issue and then on 16.07.2018 one of the boys from ecomexpress came to me and asked for my name and then he had asked that from where i took the package, to whom i gave the money, who had sit infront of the computer during i paid the money but i said "how can i know who are the persons in your shop in that one meeting" then one more boy came and repeated those questions again and also with some more. Then they had gone to their shop and after that i saw my return request had cancelled by flipkart. I want the return of the product and refund the money to my account. Please help me.
