Ordered item amounting Rs 2071. But the order was prepaid which was cancelled by flipkart. 2.5 months had passed refund not initiated yet and further my id was blocked. As per policy you can block user account but can t take money if you had not provided services/goods. Flipkart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 22, 2024 Updated by ptech13579 Chassis no- MD637DE53L2P03467 Engine no- DE5PL2703281 My Instrument Cluster (meter) button is not working. Service Center, Sharva Automobile, Bhagalpur, Pin Code- 812005 is not replacing my part in warranty. I had never missed any service schedule. Manager is saying we don't have any updated information, so we can't do anything. Also I had serviced my bike from this service center recently and the bike is having multiple problems, producing sound and the mechanics are not able to solve the problem, nor the service center manager is giving valid response.
