As checked, it's not the first time a user is facing this issue. I am trying to avail an exchange offer in Flipkart, but every time I enter my phone's IMEI no. it says, "IMEI number does not match with SAMSUNG Galaxy A52s". Wherein I know that it's the correct/valid IMEI no. This has been reported by many users here but Flipkart is yet to fix this issue. PFA the screenshot for review with the IMEI no. I purchased an iphone on 9th July at a cost of Rs.28, 999. The phone was delivered on 10th July. The phone came with minor screen damages and was in a used condition. The original iphone box was also tampered.
Within 5min of delivery, I requested a return. I did not even bother to power on the phone seeing the externally poor condition.
Five days have passed since my return request and Flipkart is not activating on the request...

How irresponsible, easily closed my complaint about missing product without giving me refund. First complaint raised on 24 june but they just passing days and now its return date closed. I had order 7 books but got only 1 book 6 books are missing.. is this a joke
Flipkart is looting us openly
Liar, cheater, fraud words are not enough.

I have purchased new PUMA shoes and it seems it was a duplicate product along with torn and white marks on the front shoes. I have raised replacement but they have rejected my replacement. Again I have raised refund but not receiving any updates.

Very horrible customer support.
Flipkart has raised a request for the concern and by evening they marked it as resolved without even taking any confirmation from me.
This is really taking me to another level of frustration. Their customer support still drops the calls abruptly when even I speak to them and explain my concern, in fact almost every call of mine was dropped in middle without addressing the concerns. I seriously...

Ordered shoes on 16th June and did the payment of 597 rupees. The delivery date was 23rd of June. On 23rd it showed that the product was delivered but I didn't receive any product. Since then I have been calling on the customer care, all they say is that there is AN INVESTIGATING TEAM which is investigating about the issue. First they gave me the date till 29th of June and again when I called on 29th, they said it will take another 72 hours....

I ordered my grocery on flipkart and part of it was delivered but the shipment 1 worth rs 2400 was not delivered.
Even after 11 days there was no response. As it is grocery it is a daily need product else i am incurring money while i have paid for the product but which is not delivered.
I tried multiple procedure to reach out by emailing their grievance officer to their executive. There was only false promise and false deadline....

From last 6 month we are facing issue with Flipkart delivery in Hyderabad IT hub area in Gachibowli, this is shocking since Amazon and others deliver with very short time . Please look into it, I am sure lot of Flipkart customers are unhappy about it ....
