I bought oppo Reno 10 in Durga Puja sale giving lucrative Exchange offer on old Mobile they were to take my phone and refund me 8850 as Exchange for it, but their pickup guy never showed up nor called me. And the pickup got cancelled on the last day, when complaint was done to Customer care, they are not taking any responsibility nor rescheduling the pickup.Its a fraud with me .
