    Why was my order canceled despite me contacting your customer service multiple times and even raising complaints? (Complaint No: IN[protected])

    No one listened to me, and your delivery agent refused to come to my address, saying, "Do whatever you want." I informed Flipkart about this issue multiple times, but no one responded.

    The delivery agent falsely claimed they couldn’t deliver due to rain, even though it hasn’t rained in my district for two months.

    Why was my order canceled? I will take legal action regarding this.

    This was meant to be a birthday gift, and I felt terrible about the whole situation.

      I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration regarding my recent order, Hard Body Set of 3 Luggage 8 Wheels - Nicobar Hard-Sided Dual Tone Polypropylene Luggage Set of 3 Blue and Grey Trolley Bags (55, 65 & 75 cm) - Blue, Grey.
      Despite multiple attempts to return this order, I have been unsuccessful. The order was marked as "open box delivery," but the delivery executive handled the entire process without our involvement, leaving us with a misguided and subpar product.
      I kindly request you to expedite the refund process for Refund ID:[protected]. The return period has unfortunately expired due to the multiple failed return attempts. I had to resort to contacting customer care to initiate a new return request.
      I urge you to prioritize this matter and provide a swift resolution.

          I bought a charger from flipkart roar x company its getting heated too much looks like it will blast, i applied for refund which was in their policy, but flipkart executive didn't accept the package. Now they are stelling they can only replace the product

            I recently purchased a kitchen rack listed as 24x24 inches, delivered via open box. I later found during installation that the dimensions did not match the product description—the width parts are shorter than the height.

            I attempted a return, but it was rejected, and my follow-up with customer care has not led to a resolution. Since the size issue was only evident during assembly, I request to reconsider. I hope for a prompt solution, as the product does not meet the specifications advertised.

            There are things we can check and we can't during Open Box Delivery, and the size of the product or how it will turn out after assembly is not something we can understand during delivery for DIY products. If the product turns out to be something other than what listed in site, there should be a way for Flipkart to help the customer or some sellers will take this for granted and deliver wrong products and force customers to keep the wrong product without an option, which is I don't think Flipkart wants for the customers.

              I have ordered a Water purifier with below details, however, found couple of issues in it:-
              1. It’s leaking from Front and Back sides.
              2. I ordered 14L tank and received 7-8 L tank model
              3. Engineer came to fix the leakage and he broke the Water purified body from the bottom.

              The RO was leaking at the time of installation itself, and the installation engineer has replaced the part and fixed the RO on the wall, however, it was in vain. Product started leaking over engineer left the house.

              I have raised the return request 4 times in different reasons as recommended by Flipkart customer executed, and all were cancelled by your team by providing irrelevant reasons. This not expected at all from Flipkart.

              I am just being harassed instead I tried finding piece for myself by buying new product from Flipkart.

                      I have requested to Flipkart Customer Care to change my registered mobile number (XXXXXX6875) as I has been not used.
                      I have raised issue related to it still not getting proper response as it very important to change my registered mobile number. As OTP is essential, I cannot manually change it.
                      Inspite of raising request multiple time they have not changed my number. I also send my PAN card in mail multiple times as they requested it.

                        Read it carefully, i ordered dinning table of 14499rs and in payment option, i paid through Bajaj emi card with 12 months EMI, amount instantly deducted from emi card and when redirected to flipkart page, it showed we had delay receiving amount from bank and order was in pending list and showed flipkart takes 2hours to process payment, after 2hours it is showing that order was not placed, flipkart will say that they did not receive any money so order was not placed but flipkart you are cheating customers, amount is debited but you are not placing order, give my 14499back to me otherwise i'll give charge back to your company through Bajaj finserv.

                          Flipkart delivered IFB Washing Machine. When Flipkart installation engineer visited for installation. He found that Machine is damaged from internally and from bottom. At the time of delivery we told to Flipkart Delivery person that it is damaged. They said Sir it will be verified by installation team and they can only create a replacement form and replacement request. Now Support team saying it was openbox delivery and we can't replace. As a customer I am not stong enough to hold 30 KG washing machine in hand and check what is there inside or bottom in openbox. Flipkart installation engineer is saying that it is damaged and will have function problem and body issue. Since the product and installation all handled by Flipkart and this is heavy product. and Flipkart not yet installed it and not replacing their faulty product. I am in tension that my 18500 rupees got wasted and I am seeking Consumer support in this case. Sir please help me.

                            I am complaining the customer care since 16th October 2024 continously and no one responding me properly though I am asking them to Plz take me on conference with your head or your area service engineer or manager but they all are refusing ..I don't how to deal with them now...my request are getting cancelled by informing me that our area service engineer contacted you and you have refused to repair you product ...but the reality is that no one contacted me...no having that much time ...this company customer support care people's are sitting their they all are fraud and biggest fraudster are their ...giving customer to the fake information and calls response...totally [censored] things they are doing no properly reply from their side ...huge irresponsible peoples are sitting their ...plz take harsh action against them.

                                I had ordered a dining table on Flipkart and delivery was promised in 3 weeks time. But the delivery wasn't made and the order was cancelled due to an internal issue/mistake at Flipkart's end. The entire payment was done in September end by utilising a bank offer available at that time.
                                I have been asked to re-order the item and the amount was refunded. But now, the offer is not available with the same bank card. Why should customer suffer due to Flipkart's internal problem?

                                  I ordered the Kadence A281 guitar from Flipkart on 27 September and got it delivered on 2nd October. The guitar came in damaged already. The bridge of the guitar had a little crack in it and since the crack was really small I didn't bother to replace it. After playing it for a few days I noticed that the crack was getting bigger, I tried replacing through flipkart but by then the replacement window had closed, then I tried contacting Kadence Experience to claim my extended warranty but they refused to provide me any help stating that its either my fault or flipkart's. I tried talking to flipkat since Kadence is just putting the blam on Flipkart but the flipkart support agent told me that there's nothing that flipkart can do. Now I am left with a broken guitar with both the companies doing nothing.

                                      Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Defective Whirlpool Washing Machine and Unresolved Return/Replacement Process

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is to formally raise a complaint regarding the Whirlpool 7.5 kg 5 Star, Ace Wash Station Semi Automatic Top Load Washing Machine (Grey) purchased through Flipkart, with Order ID: OD[protected].

                                      Upon receipt, the product was found to be defective, as confirmed by a Whirlpool technician. Despite my repeated efforts, it took almost a month for Whirlpool to provide the jobsheet, which I promptly uploaded to Flipkart as per your team’s instructions.

                                      However, the situation has continued to deteriorate. I have been pursuing a return/replacement of the defective machine since August 11, but there has been no resolution. Tickets have been closed with misleading comments, and despite being assured by the Flipkart team that the product would be picked up, I received a call on the scheduled date instructing me to personally courier the washing machine to a warehouse. This is an unreasonable and impractical request, given the size and nature of the product.

                                      Furthermore, when I escalated the issue to the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Flipkart's response was that the product falls under brand warranty and that Whirlpool is responsible for the return/replacement. If this is the case, why did Flipkart initially insist on the Whirlpool jobsheet for initiating the return? Why was Flipkart not in continuous coordination with Whirlpool to resolve this matter?

                                      It is now the end of October, and I am still left without a resolution. I have been unable to purchase a new washing machine as my funds are tied up in this defective product. This delay and constant runaround is causing immense harassment to me and my family.

                                      I demand immediate action to either replace the defective machine or process a full refund without further delays. Failure to resolve this matter promptly will leave me no choice but to escalate the issue to higher consumer forums and take necessary legal action.

                                        After my order I received a washing machine which was an open box delivery order, the parcel was delivered in the afternoon, upon proper and thorough inspection I found that some dents are visible in the bottom edge portion of it.
                                        As soon as I observed I contacted flipkart with all the proofs and contacted them several times but they are denying & I even stopped the installation. Kindly guide me with proper planning so that I can get my hard earned money back
