Update from flipkart customer service for [incident: in[protected]] Dear sir Sub: complaint against the order - rude behavior - customer service executive. I hereby would lodge an complaint against the order id: od[protected] Product: cosmic byte g1500 7.1 channel usb headset for pc/ps4 with rgb led lights. Vibration wired head set with mic Above product was ordered on 04 october 2018 and subsequently cancelled on 05 october 2018., and that too, before the product could reach us. We got an message stating the order was cancelled and refund process is under way. On 06th october 2018, the same product was ordered again and the product got delivered to us on 09 th october 2018. To our surprise we again got the same product on 10th october 2018 to our security person instead of refund as request at the first instance. When enquired with your call center., they told us that the seller has refused refund and hence product was sent again. They also were unprofessional and unfriendly asking us to escalate the issue to any level and expose the same in social media. Our question is when the refund process is not applied to this product then why on first instance the app gave the message as cancel successful and refund is under process. Request you to kindly collect the product which was delivered twice and initiate the refund amount of rs.1699/- We normally pay the amount upfront for product purchased thru amazon and flipkart And never expected such rude behavior of your call center executive. We never faced such situation with amazon., We should have taken the product thru cash on delivery to avoid such unexpected situation. And regret purchasing the product thru flipkart.
