I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my prepaid order for a washing machine placed on 1st October 2025. At the time of purchase, the product was promised to be delivered by 7th October 2025. However, as of today, the item has not even been shipped, and I have received no meaningful updates on the delay.
Despite multiple follow-ups, your customer support team has only asked me to wait for another 48 hours each time, without offering any concrete resolution or timeline. This lack of accountability is extremely disappointing.
To make matters worse, I have now missed the promotional offer under which I purchased the product, and the price has since increased on other platforms. This delay has not only caused inconvenience but also a financial loss.
I request a clear justification for the delay and demand that Flipkart either:
Provide appropriate compensation(10000/- INR) along with full refund of my prepaid amount, including the price difference and any applicable penalty for breach of delivery promise.
