[Resolved] Flipkart — product got misrouted | |||||
I ordered samsung galaxy s8 during this big billion day 2018 and today was the last day to be delivered. I haven't received my product yet and i m been told to wait till 7pm till the last date. Still it didn't came. I missed my cab because of it and all i m hearing is that it will be delivered and some excuses like giving 100 ruppes reward as forgiveness. They are telling me that order is not misrouted yet i didn't received till last day. I. E 16th oct. Ecom express were responsible for delivering and now ecom express is telling only pincode is written so they can't deliver and that its the fault of flipkart. Flipkart is saying it's the fault of ecom express as they can see the address mentioned. Was this information helpful? | |||||
