Flipkart — Product has been picked up but status is not getting updated

Hi Team,

I have ordered a product from Flipkart but because of size issues, i need to return the product. I have raised return request for same. Next day i received a message for pickup and but it didn't happen. Again they gave me deadline of 15th dec 2021. Again the pickup was not completed. They cancelled my return request and again ask me to raise return request. This time my product gets picked up but still status is not being updated in the portal. I called customer care. Every time i am calling they are giving different answer and raising some incident. But currently, the product is not with me and status of product is not getting updated. This is really pathetic experience from Flipkart.
