Till date neither the product is delivered to me nor the refund get credited to my account beside multiple complaints on flipkart website, email, telephonically and even on social media platforms. Multiple times I was told to cancel the order, provide bank account details which I have done and multiple times I was getting...

Flipkart is asking for identity proof for return request specifically mentioned adhar card or voter id or driving licence. Which are known as Address proof why they neee for address proof despite I have already submitted KYC which is verified and approved by flipkart portal and approve ita flipkart pay latter facility in my account. Though they asked for the same..realy funny and irritating.
