I have ordered a women's dress for my sister on 14 th November and I received delivery on 19th November, in the package I got totally different product without any price tag(T-shirt that is used also) my order is sharara set for women, when I see the wrong product I cal Flipkart customer care they assure me that we resolve your issue. After 4-5 days their wish master came to my home, after seeing the product he denied pickup he says i only take the same product then i said I haven't received so how I could, then I again put complain again the same thing was repeated and after that around 4-5 2 wish boy refuse to receive the product which is given by Flipkart, i talk to more than 10-15 Flipkart representative every time they assure me and their wish boy refuse to accept every time when I call them another person hear my story assure me and do nothing I am in tension from last more than 10 days, i order product from their Flipkart pay later now they tell me to pay without giving product please help me to get out of it as I have no option left so I am complaining here
