On receipt of the product package, I opened & found that only 2 No.s items were inside, though on the product package, it was mentioned that 3 quantities inside. On 30.10.2021 I contacted Flipkart support (chat) & I was informed that the item was eligible for return. I tried to return the product from my phone, but return was not accepted.
I contacted the Flipkart support (chat) again on the very day & informed them about it. I also informed them that as I need the product & already received 2 No.s, I asked them to send the remaining 1 No. But I was informed that it was not possible. However, she told me that she would raise a refund request (for me) for the single item & when the refund is complete, I could place a fresh order for the single item (though it was no more available).
In the meantime, I did not follow my mails / messages constantly & as on 04.11.2021 I found one notification on my phone that my refund request has been rejected. I then again contacted Flipkart support (chat) & requested a call back. Since then my communications with Flipkart team have been tabulated hereunder:

I also received one mail from Flipkart as on 04.11.2021 at 10:51 pm stating that “We’d like to let you know that your return request could not be fulfilled by the seller as their courier partner has confirmed delivery of the item in your order with order id OD[protected] with the product being intact.”
In each & every call, I had to explain the same thing to different persons at different time but no one was able to provide me any satisfactory resolution. Moreover, the mail as stated above, indicated that I had adopted false allegation & unfair claims.
Still I again contacted Flipkart support (chat) as on 05.11.2021 & enquired why the refund request was rejected but no response received. Then I requested a call back but the phone was hung-up after a few seconds. Then I again requested another call-back & this time after speaking with the person, I was told to hold on but no further response was provided from the other end except music.
I hence did not have any other option but to register this complaint. It’s not the refund that mattered most to me but it’s the service, that a customer deserves, getting deprived off & harassed through many means by a commercial company whose reputation & goodwill has been developed through years from the feedback of it’s customers themselves.
