    Order : Nilghurni (OD[protected]
    The seller sent incorrect/used book with multiple additional cardbourd packing so that it looks a hard bound one. Very poor service by the flipkart. I was shocked after opening the packet.

    Further the sell is unethical. Later I found the original MRP of the book is Rs 200/-, but it was sold in 647/-. flipkart has now started unethical business.

    Illegal and unethical sell in flipkart:

    I orderered other four books (OD[protected]. However due to huge delay of the order, I went to original publsher office and found the books have been sold in almost double price to me.

    1) Book: Nilghurni (Sold: 647/-, Actual MRP : 200) You can also verify the current price in flipkart mentions actual amount (proof attached)

    2) Book: Kaachher Manus(Sold: Rs :1161/-, Actual MRP : 600/-)

    I cancelled other two product by same seller in th same order because I found they are also much much higher than MRP.

    3) Book: Bhagabaner Kane Dilen Bhagabaner Naam, Sold : Rs 1048/-, Presently Mentioned MRP 160/-)

    4) BOOK: Dashti Upanyas (Sold: 1138/-, Actual MRP 600/- (both flipkart confirmation and original publiser confirmation attached)

    Now flipkart is asking id proof and concern to share with third party.
    Is it right to capture personal details of customers and share to third party?

      Hi, this is Venkatesh i have ordered wakefit andromeda sheesham solid wood king bed on 5thOctober2021 from flipkart with order id as[protected], this is to be delivered on 20thoctober, till now not delivered, i have contacted Flipkart customercare they are saying u need to contact the WAKEFIT customer care, i have contacted, they are saying we cant deliver to ur pincode and u need to cancel the order from flipkart as u have ordered from flipkart and the flipkart people are lifting their hands they are simply disconnecting the phonecal all the time, i want to take a legal action on flipkart.

        I am ordering Poco M3 Pro on 3rd Octomber 2021 from Flipkart online shoping, then product curior boy delivered the phone on 5th October 2021 when I open the mobile box (flipkart packing box is completely seal pack) when I found mobile box is alrady opend and when the mobile box is open I found the soap bar. hear I attached some images for the same, then I complaint the flipkart customer support and the all are give time the told me within 17th October your issue will be solved, then on 10th October I got mail by flipkart in the mail show the replacement and return is accepted by the flipkart so I am happy that time but after 4 days automatically cancelled return and replacement and reason show to me product is not replace and not covered in return and replacement policy,

        Dear sir flipkart 2 time accept his mistake and give me two time replacement approval, but after some time they cancelled my replacement, flipkart big cheat with me please sir take necessary action with flipkart

        Now sir the all are blocked my access of call and message

        Dear sir please help me the all are cheating me and not provide solutions.

          I have ordered 23 items under this order but flipkart have gentred invoice for only 10 itmes in this order.
          Flipkart is not able to give invoice for remaining items of this order since last 15 days.

          I have done multiple complaint for this issue and i recived Insendant no IN[protected] from Flipkart.
          This owas supposed to be resolved by 24th Oct but then i recived email stating this will be resolved by 28th Oct but no further update from Flipkart after 28 and i do not see ivoice for all items.

          Now when i raise complain for this issue i will get call from Flipkart, Exicutive will take same info again try to explain me how to doenload invoice, keeps phone on hault for long time to check details but they cant provide me invoice for remining items.
          After long call when i ask them to clearly infomr by when ill get invoice they will hang my call (this has happed 3 times now)

          Flipkart has mainly not genreted invoie for electronic itmes like headphone and smart watch ect. total value of items for which invoie not recived is around 10000 Rs.

          I stongly feel Flipkart Vednors are not genrating invoice for all itmes and hiding GST.

            I have order for the White colored wallpaper as mentioned in their that it is white colored wallpaper but when received parcel and opened up its green in color. Exactly different from what i ordered and what it is mentioned in that product details.

              I order a apple airpods pro from flipkart on 22.10.2021 but the product box is empty and i request to flipkart to refund my money but flipkart send me the mail to send your id proof and product photo i try to send but the id is not send in this mail id. i call to customare care many times but there is not any response regarding my refund so i requested plss refund my money.

                I bought a LED TV 32 inch of Thomson from Flipkart on 17th October 21 and I got the delivery on 22nd October but till now as 30th October installation not complete. I made many call to Flipkart and technician who allotted to install but issues not resolved till now. The technician is not pick my call disconnect my call. My order is OD[protected]. Please resolve my problem on urgent basis

                  Hi I brought Realme LED TV, next day Installation person came and installed and charged me wall mounting bracket about 2900/-, Next-day I saw in the installation instructions it's free for 55" TV, I raised complaint on same-day till now issue status shows unresolved and spoke to customer care executive around 32 times, when ever I raise call back I need to try for two three times to speak with them. Second I receive one statement we escalated it will take 24 to 48hr to respond I am fed-up with this statements no one will talk from backend team so for, just I got two mails so for that it will resolve in so and so date that date also passed many days ago so for no response.

                    Refund to account

                    A samsung refrigerator was ordered on October 3, 2021 which was delivered on 20th october. Payment was made through credit card. But it had dent on body. So requested for replacement. Replacement was delivered on 29th October and it has more dent than previous one. So requested for refund. Flipkart is refunding the amount on source credit card.                           Dear sir, I have ordered Luminous Inverter battery 150 AH in flipkart on 7th OCT 2021 with order id:OD[protected] which is a prepaid order. And on 7th Oct there is no tracking ID but showing the product is shipped even till 20th Oct. The screen shot of the same has been saved then for future.As i have belief on flipkart that the product will any how be delivered on 23rd oct as in image attached or may get delayed. But on 23rd night its updated that the product is delivered on 14th oct itself . THis is ridiculous that updating on 23rd oct that the product is delivered in 14 oct. I had raised the issue on flipkart on 24th oct. The complaint has been forwaded to the concerned team by the customer care executive and its been told that the issue will be solved by 28th oct. But i didnot receive any call regarding this till 28th oct and on night they have updated that the issue will be solved by tommorrow. Yesterday also the issue is not solved. When i request a call back by raising the complaint they are just telling the team is working on it. But the team never called me and gave any update.

                          So i request either to deliver the product or refund the amount as soon as possible

                              I ordered a laptop with 6 months emi on 10 October 2021 for rs 55535/- but now that its time to pay the first month emi the amount is rs 9888 which would be rs 59328 for 6 months please look into this issue. Customer service is not helping me because my account is blocked for multiple return requests with another order. I m getting charged rs 3793 more than the promised amount and the problem is not with the bank because Flipkart charged this amount

                                    I want to inform that I had placed an order for refrigerator Samsung 324 l on 16.10.2021 bearing order ID OD[protected] which was deliver through Delhivery courier service and product was reached at Solan on 18.10.21. representative of delhivery courier call for delivery on 20.10.21 but didn't delivered product while we are waiting for it. I call back to him there time but he didn't pick up my call. I waited 22.10.21 at 1400hrs. But call call received for product. After that I booked call many times for delivery my product but no satisfactory answered found. they only told that our specialist are working on my issue and they will contact me. But till now on one contacted me. All your help centre team and chet team is sitting only mislead customers not resolved issues.
                                    Now I want my money refund with 14% compensation. Who will pay this compensation your flipkart, seller or courier service you should decide.
