[Resolved] Flipkart — product not been delivered though it reached nearest hub since 3 days | |
I wonder why flipkart and ekart has failed to deliver my mobile product ordered on oct-2 and which reached my nearest hub 4 days back in hyderabad but still not delivered and even no proper communication for delay in delivery. The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this, other wise you will loose your business and credibility.

Verified Support Dec 26, 2019 Flipkart Customer Care's response Customer raised a complaint regarding the delivery of the order. We have interacted with the customer and confirmed that the product is delivered on 17 Oct 19. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

The tracking of product showing its dispatched and received stories from mother hub to local hub and back again. Please don't cheat customers like this, other wise you will loose your business and credibility.please deliver my product as soon as possible because it's urgent, because tomorrow m going out of town for 13-14 days, & I need to carry that
