I purchased a mobile handset named vivo z1x and i cancelled that product but refund is not still processed even today. Today is the deadline. Can you just look into my matter.
The product i ordered on 30th september as there were big billion days. Then i cancelled that product but refund was not processed even on promise date. So kindly help me with this.

    Don't buy anything in flipkart. I bought a poco mobile but it had a issue. They told 10 days replacement. But they made arrangements for clearing the issue not for replacing. It wasn't a replacement. If product was damaged they get a complaint from us. And ask their technician team to resolve it. It makes me feel like whether we buying new product or not. Fake 10 days replacement warranty. Fake flipkart

      I have a complaint about flipkart delivery service i am a flipkart plus member but my past few orders i got problem about the delivery. The company was not delevering product at a time after the date 2 or 3 days later it was delivered it. Its not good. You are not giving a proper deliveries.
      Each order i contact 2 or 3 times to costumer care and then he was take a moment about it.

          Hi The complaint is against flip-kart, they have really harassed me on the above order.
          I ordered the K20 pro, after some research that its sound quality is too good.
          But when the phone arrived the sound is just loud with no quality, as I listen songs whole day this phone is of no use to me, so I requested for return of the mobile, I had a ling call with customer care explaining them that its quality is not good, they sent the technician 2 times to my house and they reported that sound is working, as the quality is substandard of the phone in terms of sound I wanted to return it but they rejected my request based on technician report and didn't accepted the return, they really harassed me over the call creating a complete mental agony and not trying to understand what is the reason for return, even the second technician understood that quality is bad even then they didn't accepted the return and rejected it, isn't it a right of customer to return the product?, as its online purchase we cant test the product should they give the option as long as product is in pristine condition it should be returned, please help to take some action against flipkart on harassing the customer, and guide me on how to file a formal complaint against their home made policies which are again consumer rights.

          This is not a resolution not a way to sell poor quality products to customers and don't accept the return better I file a complaint again you in consumer court and sue you guys for harrasment also, why it is so difficult to understand it's the quality issue, have you checked it's sound quality with global standards is it good can your technician certify it's better than the phone sold below 25k online then I should drag them also in the court for clarification.

          You can't make your own policy and continue to harass the people, if no action is taken I will be forced to file a complaint.

            Hi,

            I have ordered redmi note 7 pro for my father

            Address and invoice are given incorrectly so i want to return the product

            Flipkart updated me there is no return for this product, we can do only replacement with the same invoice and address

            I want the invoice to be updated no need of product exchange because invoice updation helps my father to reimburse the amount

            Can you please help us atleast by adding c/o in the invoice

              I had ordered JBL 150 and F and D speakers for my sister's birthday after that by mistake my brother has cancel both the orders after that again I ordered JBL SB 150 and after that I am getting a call from shipping agent that your first order has not been cancelled your head so it will be delivered so based on the call from shipping agent I cancelled my second order and ask Flipkart that which order is cancelled so Flipkart send me that you are both the orders are cancelled because as I was watching in my application that both the order of JBL 150 e r cancel so after that I tried to buy from the showroom so I've got it from showroom and the same day I received JBL 150 from Flipkart so then after that I called Flipkart that I have received your product so please return it after that Flipkart send me that it is showing that both the product are cancel then how can it be delivered to you and then Flipkart person asked me to mail the shipping details shipping tag on the box of JBL speaker so when I mailed them they asked me Ee that it will be refund within 2-3 days after that today I am getting a call from Flipkart that your product cannot be returned so now what I have to do because it's mistake of Flipkart and shipping agent when product was not cancelled then why it was showing in Flipkart computer and my mobile application because of that Flipkart asked me to send shipping details after getting shipping tired details to Flipkart they have change the status and when I was talking to Flipkart person they communicating with me something different and they were typing the status in the computer something different so please I request you to go back and here all my call recordings you must be having as your person ask me it will be refund within 2-3 days and now they are asking me to wait it till 11th so please do some needful

My ordered product is not delivered to me. My product is packed and shipped on 6 october 2019 and delivery expected date is 13 october 2019.

                  error in payment

                  I am not able to place an order because Flipkart won't accept payment with my card which worked on Flipkart earlier and works completely fine at other online sites like Amazon. The error says that "Transaction amount exceeds the risk limits defined by the bank for this card". After getting this error I have tried my card at other sites and it works indicating that problem is on Flipkart's side....

                  Flipkart delivered me a defective zebronic monitor. Zebronic monitor is very cheap & poor quality & also having a bad service.
                  Filpkart mention wrong service information. When I have complained to zebronic service centre for service they refuse. My monitor having 3 year warranty on-site service. But zebronic refuse to give service on site. Very cheap quality of the monitor zebronic in a year this is second time I am facing an issue with the monitor. I think Flipkart is a fraud company. They don't have a number to contact directly for complaints. Advertising wrong information for selling a product.

                  Really Flipkart is a fraud company. They put the wrong information to sell cheap products. Today I got a call from Flipkart they said they are helpless. How is this possible? I want the onsite service for my monitor as they mentioned their site.

                      I purchased a redmi note 7 pro phone during big billion days from flipkart on 2nd october 2019, the product came on 8th october and the delivery executive had got a another friend of his who misbehaved and refused to accept the exchange of a good product. My issue is the phone is in very very good condition, the remarks they have put to reject the products are not fair. The exchange price of my old phone was 4300 and on delivery they are asking to pay 2000 more to them while the phone does not have any issues at all. The checks flipkart has mentioned on the return products are way different than these guys are doing and demanding for more money on false criteria. Anyone can see the old phone is in really good condition, i am not able to attach the pictures due to size limit. If this is not cheating or simply looting money during sale seasons by showing false offers then what is it. I can get my phone any time for checking and if anyone finds it defective i will pay extra money what ever is demanded. Please help me on this issue.

                      Is there a resolution to this, i have similar issue. In name of exchange they are showcasing big amount of orders received. But in actual wishmasters are not delivering properly as per policy guidelines.

                              I have purchased the tv on 30th sep for 73999 rupees. The delivery is to be expected on 5th october. I have not received the tv till date (8th oct). The tracking id updated in the flipkart app is not correct. Because of this i really dont have any information where my tv is. I have approached customer care on 5th itself and there after multiple times. Customer care is waste of time and they dont have any knowledge at all. Person rohit is very diplomatic and laughing at the me. I didnt know that their customer care service employees dont have any respect and care for their customers like me. What a pathetic service. When i request them to escalate to next level, they started giving me false information. Please help me on my tv, i want the tv for the same rate and it should get delivered to me

                                  This is to inform you that we have purchase the mi note 7 pro from filpkart & received to me 3-oct-2019 with 10 days replaced & refund policy this product after that i have used this phone same days
                                  & it phone was very heatup & over heating without any application & internet after that i have raised the complaint for replacement this phone in my filpkart app & after that call recieved from filpkart team for mobile troubleshooting and i flow the troubleshooting but problems not resolved same problem after all troubleshooting after that filpkart assigned the engineer for technical visit for home & and engineer visit my address and check & found phone heatup 49 tramp without any application call & internet but filpkart closed this complaint with out solution used again i have raised complaint to filpkart after that new technical engineer visit at home for phone troubleshooting same problems phone team is 49 without any application used but filpkart & filpkart sailer not understand my problem and filpkart closed my complaint, filpkart team 4 time cancel the my replacement request & i have many call to filpkart team not action taken filpkart as per filpkart policy.

                                  The filpkart is not replacing my phone, make my money, i am losing time in the morning, yet i am unable to understand such a baby and there is a question of someone's life.
                                  Plz check the attached file for your reference

                                    Hi all,

                                    I am from chennai, on sep 30rth i have ordered hp laptop by flipkart on offer price and it was confirmed by seller as well. Shipment was done and the product was teacher chennai on 4th october morning... The order was deliver on or before 5th october... When i track the details by 5th the product was reached to bengaluru.. Actually it started from hyderabad and it came chennai and then went to bengaluru. I got confused and called customer care executive, they said like you product will reach before 8th.. I agreed on it.. Very next day i got message like my product will be deliver by 10 oct... Again i agreed.. On 8th morning.. I got a message and stated as the hp laptop was cancelled by seller... I called flipkart customer care again and they same thing again and again like i have to reorder the product since seller cancelled it. I just disconnected call.

                                    I have asked them few questions

                                    1. If flipkart or seller is unable to deliver the product to chennai location why he confirmed the order.
                                    2. While tracking it came to chennai hub on 4th.. Then only it went to bengaluru.
                                    3. If they want to cancel.. Why they took more time.. Instead they can inform after placing order with in few days... Else i would have buy this product in amazon on reasonable price
