The flipkart fraud
I have purchased 64 gb hp pen drive usb 3.0, but the product which was delivered to me is fake/duplicate pen drive, which is not even 64 gb drive and speed of drive is 2.0, but on packing as well as on flipkart is clearly written that its 3.0. As i am not available to collect the product and my wife has collated, and i check the product after 10 day when i need, but filpkart is not ready to replace the product. Customer care answered all my queries with one answer. "10 days replacement period is over, seller will not able to replace the product"
I have informed customer care on same day that product is fake/duplicate, and dealer is doing fraud customer care told me that they will take action against dealer.
I convinced myself that it’s my hard luck. After couple of days when i am looking for another pen drive as 1st one is not working. I shocked, when i have seen the same product by same seller still available. I asked one of my friends to buy the same, to confirm that flipkart is doing fraud with customers.
Amazing thing is that i got same duplicate pen drive again. This convinced me flipkart is promoting fake and 1st copy of branded products and doing fraud. Flipkart team its not about the replacing or replacements or warranty, its about the fraud you are doing in the name of big sales.

I have raised grievance under customer complaint, flipkart team is given the same answer which customer care team has given.

They asked me to claim the warranty with hp. Product is fake and hp is not providing any warranty against this pen drive. For reference flipkart team and any one also check the warranty itself on hp site s/n of pen drive deliver to me is hpfd237w-08.

I still have the below concerns which flipkart is not ready to answer.

Q1. Who is responsible, if customer face any issue in product after 1 month of purchasing from flipkart and manufacturer is denied to serve the warranty as the product is fake and not genuine and replacement period is over?

Q2. Is its mentioned any were in term and condition on flipkart or communicated by flipkart by any mean that, customer has to verify the warranty with manufacturer before replacement period is over?

    I have created flipkart account two years back with a mobile number 903xxxxx52. Few months ago i lost my mobile phone and the number.

    The main problem is when i tried to update my new mobile number, the otps are being sent to both the new number and the old number. I got the new number otp and account password, but the otp of the old number cannot be entered as i lost the number and i dont have it. This is making me unable to change the mobile number.
    Please do suggest me to update my new mobile number to my flipkart account.

      I ordered a mobile phone with exchange but delivary boy didn't accept my old device bcause he told me this device is not acceptable then i ask him why then he told me this device is bent then i told him for bent device price is different from the good device. Then i told him you accept this device and you short out something from the original price then he behave very rood with me. I do not like that guy behaviour. I requested to you sir i want that guy regine the company.
      I hope you help me as soon as possible.

        The seller of the product is indiflashmart through flipkart. Order the product but came without stylus. So asked for replacement and exchange and promised to deliver complete product. But the seller is fraud and has not delivered stylus to any customer. Cross check in flipkart if you have doubts. Blocking 20k from a student for over a week, false promises of products and the mental torture of making calls for complaint, recieving calls, waiting for response.

        Customer raised a complaint regarding the offer for stylus. We have interacted with the customer and informed that the customer would find the link under the rewards section for placing the order. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.
        I'm also facing same complaint. This is not yet resolved by Flipkart.
        SAME COMPLAINT AS ABOVE. I ORDERED 2 PEICES because of the stylus only otherwise could have ordered the honor pad 5 which was at the time of sale coming at a price of 15000.

          I ordered a product on 21st of september 2019, the expected delivery date was 25th of september, but the order delayed and the expected delivery date extended to 4th of october 2019. I contacted flipkart several times, then 30th of september they mailed me that the product will deliver that day, but they don't delivered, then after that day i called their customer service again and they told me to wait and the order will surely delivered on 2nd of october, but they don't delivered.in the next day i again called flipkart and the senior customer executive assured me that the product will be delivered on 3rd or 4th of october. But today morning flipkart cancelled my order. It is a customer harrassment.

            Display and touch issue in the received product and placed a replacement request.
            But seller cancelled the replacement request without any intimation.
            This has happened 2 times.
            Whatever suggestions (Power off and many more) that customer care executive suggested are already done and problem still exists.

            Now i have called customer care and placed a replacement request from their end.
            Looking forward to solve the issue with my purchase.

              I have ordered mobiles to different place to my brother nd sister because i have got my first salary. Now flipkart has blocked my account. Without inquiry, how they can block my account. Please take necessary action on them. If i want to do so, i can create multiple accounts, why i use same account nd from my real number.                 I have booked my cell phone with order confirmation no : od[protected] & got message on my cell no that it has been packed by seller and shipped soon. This is on 30/09/2019. Also paid full amount at the same time of order placement.
                Since 30/09/2019 till 03/10/2019 the track results shows that it is waiting for the courier person to pick it and pick up location is ahmadabad east.
                I am also located at ahmadabad in west. According to tracking details of flipkart it shows expected delivery would be 10/10/2019.

                Now suddenly on 03/10/2019 morning i got text message from flipkart that my order has been cancelled by flipkart and refund will be deposited to my account by 11/10/2019.

                I got surprised and immediately call customer care of flipkart and according to them their logistics team has cancelled the order. I have asked for the reason which they don't have.

                Now i need to know why my order has been cancelled without my concern when i have paid in advance?

                If, it is cancelled then why i have to wait for the refund till 11/10/2019?
                Why we have been not contacted and replied satisfactory?

                Does it a standard practice to generate working capital at flipkart?

                How do we trust flipkart as a vendor?

                Is there any business ethics followed by flipkart?

                Why no one from senior team leader comes in communication when it was requested?

                Should we register a complaint in customer court to save other citizens from this kind of permitted financial fraud??

                My order value which i have paid is inr 16000 but from india if we consider appx. 5000 mobile was order during this festival season discount fair so understand the value which is inr 800 lac which is very huge and flipkart will get it without interest, without applying any loan for 10 days!!!

                This is only one product. If you estimate 50 products like this then flipkart will run the business without their capital investment and get huge fund like this and no one will challenge them!!!

                This must be seen by the finance ministry. I am going to write details to them as well as supreme court as well as a case study.

                Be aware of this kind of fraud and share it to all your near & dear so they will not be capture in this.

But when i check stock available so again i placed order now again cancelled seller side said same reason again. Than i approach customer care flipkart and after got mail from fkart side.                     I have ordered oppo f 11 pro on flipkart at 14990 with a coupan 1000 costs 13990 on 3 oct 2019. They accepted my order at the time… today on 4th oct 2019 they sends me a message that they coudn’t deliver the product due to out of stock, and cancles the order.. I feel like cheated with them. The cause may be that the price of the phone raise and due to their greed they cancled the order.. Now the price of the phone is 24000.. I seriously want a proper action to take against it..

                        Recently i ordered a phone from you and the product is not at all working properly and i want. To return that product and want to apply for refund but your seller is rejecting the refund can you please tell me. If you have giver all powers to seller the why u have provide us the return option i am giving you the return of return of phone but can you ask from your seller why he is continuously rejecting our refund request... He is rejecting again and again.. Which type. Of. Policy is this you are not taking your customers seriously and. Please check my order list... Then i have to use that phone whether it works properly or not... You guys are just taking your customers forgrantedly...                           So i odered 2 apple watches from the big billion sale the price was 1699 each, i alredy paid the amount of 34k. Everything was going cool i got the confirmation i can even see that it was shippied. It was supossed to reach at my house on 1st october bt ut dint reach. I called them everday since then n flipcart told me its on its way. But tody aftr 5 days its show cancelled and they are telling me to buy again, but price is high. So why shld i buy it?                           Funny part is i can see that its jist roaming around my area from one place to other. I even called the courier company i even asked flipkart tel me where is it.                             I'm writing to inform you that i felt like the worst service provided by courier service and also in communication.
                            Days ago i have purchased a realme xt. After purchasing i didn't received the product due to lack of information and communication.
                            After assurance of 7 days also they told me to cancelled the product.

                            Again on 30th sep i purchased oppo f11 pro.
                            The delivery is expected to be 2nd october, then it shifted to 3rd october.
                            From 30th september it's showing that "your order has been dispatched from the flipkart facility".
                            I have not got any information about my oppo f11 pro.

                            It's approx 20days i'm trying to buy a smartphone from flipkart.
                            By believing flipkart service i'have purchased.
                            I never been felt such irresponsibility from any service provider.
                            It makes me too worried.

                            It's kind request that you will understand my issue and will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                              I bought a mobile mi redmi note 7pro on sep-10th that piece was in side that box seal removed and back side of phone some scratches also fund, the i was on the same day 10th sep i was raise a return req but still now no has come to pickup the phone. Since lost 25 days iam almost every alternate day i am contacting them every time they have postponed the date but issue is not resolving. Last week they have called to me and they have give two options replacement or refund then i chosen refund they have given last date for that 4th oct that means today but today also they have rejected my return. So kindly look in to this issue and please resolve the issue.

                                Flipkart — game zone error fair play
                                Submit a complaint
                                Im unable to play games on flipkart as it says a error we encourage fair play policy.
                                Please resolve this asap... Its not happening to me only but every device i use different id i use all of them says same error.
                                Is this going to be go as it is or will it be ever resolved

                                  Recently i ordered some products on flipkart as it was big billion days and and there were many offers. I noticed that all my orders are being cancelled one by one
                                  I noticed flipkart about this and they banned my account by saying that i am not purchasing for personal use
                                  How can can they say that i resell and ban without proof?
                                  This is bad..
                                  I contacted them and they keep saying the same this again and again
                                  I have some prepaid orders in my account that haven't been delevered...
                                  This is stealing, i need my money back...

                                    Sir/madam, i am registered user of Flipkart with email [protected]@yahoo.com under my name Jaswinder. Today, i was trying to login to my same Flipkart account after couple of months to do shopping on Flipkart as sale is going on. But its not logging in. Its displaying an error "Your Flipkart account has been blocked. please contact our customer service to fix this".

                                    Even i tried with my mobile no. To login but getting same error. As far i remember, my account was working fine few months ago. Then i logged out of that account. Now when i try to login, it gives above mentioned error.
                                    Moreover, i haven't received any mail from Flipkart regarding blocking of my Flipkart account.

                                    Please help

                                      I have been continuously in touch with you executives of flipkart and asking them when my amount will be refunded to me they are again and again asking me to wait for 24 hours and the concerned team will respond but no concerned team had yet responded and the regularly reschedule the date to another day .Is the flipkart making fool o[censored]s. I have been waiting since last 7 days and now its high time . I want my full refund of Rs. 6219 as soon as possible . I have all the proofs to prove that they regularly make false promises and are not even providing with the details of the concerned team .

                                      Last date for concerned team to respond was 2nd October 2019. Flipkart made me to wait for 1 day more that is 3rd October 2019 but didn't responded me . That are again asking me to wait for 1 more day . They in fact did the same thing before 1st October 2019 and told to wait for refund for 24 hours and kept me waiting . I have even provided flipkart with my account details as my PhonePe Wallet is not active and transaction would fail but the are not taking any action from their side . I am trying my level best to recover my amount. But at least expecting them to respond.
