My name is rajesh, mobile : [protected], i had ordered an item on 4th october, while i am checking with my pincode, it shows as the delivery time is 3-4days, but after completion of the payment for that item, it is showing as 7 days, the flipkart guys are cheating, and the customercare is not responding properly, some agents are disconnecting the call, and they saying that there is no complaint about this, so what can i do, 8th october is festival, so thats why i had ordered mobile, so what can i do, i am very angry on customer care agents

Hello flipkart, why are you not responding in consumer forum also, you are not giving even 1% of value to the customer, very very worst customer care service from you, they are not responding properly, every time they are saying only one thing, raised an issue for three times, from 5th september, every time they are raising issue, but issue not resolved, not good, absolutely not good, it will leads to down your business

    I Satish Kumar Singh, I ordered 2 phones on Flipkart on 30 September 12 am at the time when the flash sell was running and my order was placed, and its delivery date was on 5 August but on 5 August I received a call from Flipkart asking that we are unable deliver your product of some reason and we want more time or cancel your product and again place order. I am unable to cancel my product and order again and I was harassed from 30th sep to 5 august.

      Sir, we had order redmi note 7 pro online on flipkart... We received a faulty piece.. It has problem in camera lenses.. And phone hangs.. We called customer care so many times, every time they ask to trouble shoot the problems and explain the things over call.. We trouble shoot the problem four times.. But nothing helped... We even went to mi service centre, they accepted that camera lenses are faulty.. We raised return request as customer care didn't support.. They are not even sending their technician.. They are asking for 3days time to send technician.. By the time, the time to raise return request would lapse.. N automatically our return request gets rejected.. We have even raised complaints so many times.. They are not accepting return request

The seller has confirmed the refund has been completed on October 12, 2019, which should have been reflecting in customer credit card account by now. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

        I have received a faulty product. While charging it is getting overheat. I feel it is unsafe. When I contacted flipkart they informed that they can only provide replacement. But Iam totally disappointed, unhappy and feel so unsafe with the product. I am also ready to buy another mobile with extra cost but not the same. So I need my money back as refund.

          Hi,

          I want to highlight an extremely disturbing issue which is really a cause of concern for customers like me who are associated with flipkart for long... During the recent big billion days sale from 29 sep 2019 - 4 oct 2019, i ordered a product furncentral metal open book shelf (Finish color - pink) for rs. 1, 174 on 2 oct. The product was delivered on 6 oct and when i opened the package, i saw a canvas painting instead the book shelf (Wrong product delivered).
          When i called customer care to raise the concern, the executive told me that he will initiate the return request, however the seller will only refund the money and will not resend the product. I requested that i do not want the refund but the actual product ordered initially, he said that he can not help as this is sellers policy.
          Now understand, i paid rs. 1, 174 during the sale period and i did not get the actual product. They will refund my money and if i reorder this product now, the cost is rs. 1, 877. Without any fault of mine, i need to pay rs. 700 extra because it's seller's discretion and flipkart could not do anything as a helpless child in this case without having a little bit of concern for its customers.
          I was there on the call for 47 minutes and the executive could not connect me to any senior (Kept me on hold for almost 15 minutes) and could not give me a reference id for the call and even said that he could not register a complaint. This is really frustrating and flipkart being the leading e-retailer of the country does not seem professional or concerned about the customer satisfaction. No surprise as it is still behind amazon and a long way to go to reach there.
          I am not sure and not at all confident that if this concern of mine would be noticed or even addressed however it is certain that the customer base is shrinking for flipkart basis these kind of experiences many such customers like me are facing everyday.

            I have bought a phone from flipkart (Order id - od[protected] which i have found to have a manufacturing defect of getting itself turn off for no reason. The issue was not permanent but it had happened for 10-15 times in last 2 days. I had made a video of the problem as well for a matter of proof. The phone is having a 10 days repalcement, so i have requested for its replacement.in response the technician did arrived and confirmed that the phone is having issue with switch off, side lock and finger print sensor.in fact the technician did mentioned this thing in the response sheet. But later in the evening i have received a mail from flipkart that the seller has rejected my request stating that the problem is only a short term problem and the customer is satisfied with it. And the issue was resolved from their end without my consent.
            Firsty how can i be satisfied with it. And secondly it simply means that 60% working phone is as good as 100% and anyone can sell any crap product from flipkart without any flipkart interference.
            Flipkart is leaving this issue entirely on seller and jeeves (The technician belonging company) and saying it will be solely determined by the seller only and not by flipkart. So why making fool in the names of flipkart assured product and 10 days replacement.
            I think the technician written statement about the product should be sufficient enough to accept my request, then why putting terms and conditions in that.
            Please look into the issue.

              I have ordered a phone on 30 september 2019 in flipkart big billion day offers. The phone was out for delivery on 2nd october. As 2nd october was a public holiday i was not at my office and hence i told the delivery boy that i would take my phone the other day. The delivery agreed for that. Later i contacted flipkart customer care on 3rd and 4th of october regarding my delivery details. They said that it will be delivered by 8th of october. But once the big billion days finished on 5th october early morning at 1 a. M i got a mail from flipkart saying that my order was cancelled by wishmaster.
              This is mear exploitation of customers during the festival season and absolute malpractice at a scale. You have blocked me till the end of season and assured me that product will be delivered at promissory date. Assuring customer don't go away with other vendors and after stopping me from purchase of products from any of the compitators during the sale season and keeping my money with you during this period and with precise and after periodic assurance given to me that product will be delivered at the promised date you have cancelled the order with out my consent at the end of sale season.

              If flipkart have to do the cancellation it should have been done much earlier during the sale season. I would like to go for legal proceedings if it is not arbitrated and my product is not delivered.

                I purchased realme 5 pro during big billion days on oct 3, 2019. Still it is not delivered i m flipkart plus members which offers among other things faster delivery. They are telling that delivery will take place by 14 october, 2019. Very late delivery. I regret using flipkart for online shopping. Amazon is giving very fast delivery. Flipkart are not able to deliver in metro city hyderabad. I can imagine their services.

                  I had ordered a honor 10 lite mobile phone from flipkart during the big billion days on 30th sep 2019 and the order was placed by flipkart and shipped but on 3rd oct when i went in track order section it shown that my order is in lucknow and out for delivery but i didn't got any sms or call that my order is out for delivery and no delivery agent came to deliver my order and in the morning of 4th oct i got a sms that delivery failed and when i called to flipkart executive he told me that u have cancelled your order but i didn't cancelled my order and i didn't get any sms or call about my order delivery and cancellation. I told him to reattempt my order and he told me that he reattempt my order and u will got your order in one working days but till now 6th oct i didn't get any update or sms or call about my order and no change in my tracking status. Today i went to my nearest ekart hub by order is coming there was no update about my order. Now what should i do now???

                    Both the orders having exchange of old mobile phones, in which the old exchange items has been denied by the delivery executive,
                    While there is no such issue found in both the phones, all features are working fine in my old phones. No such dent or crack is there, both are brand new phones. Attaching pic for reference.
                    Request you please accept my exchange today itself & deliver my product, as i am not available for next 2days.
                    I have been talking several times with customer care managers, but they are unable to resolve this issue.
                    I am escalating this issue to higher management because i am not getting proper response from cc team.

                    I got a call from escalation team in the morning (From kartik), no action taken yet, let me know who will be the next escalation point whom to reach.
                    No resolution yet, i would request kindly intervene for delivery of my product asap.

                    This is very poor service from flipkart, as a customer i am not happy with the type of policies flipkart is having which is cheating the customers.

                    Dear Higher management Team,

                    I got this mail in the evening, While no one came to pick up the exchange item, This is really a frustrating service from Flipkart, Just cheating the customers, I am going to lodge a case in my jurisdiction tomorrow morning if the products ordered by me (both the orders) will not delivered by 12PM tomorrow .

                    Really a bad quality service which I am facing for the 3rd time which I was not faces with Amazon till now.

                        I've order a mobile phone. Promised delivery date was 4th oct'19 but product reached my place and again returned back to mother hub. Now there's no tracking details since last 48 hrs and customer care is saying wait for 5 days, your issue will be resolved.

                        They don't even have the courier exact address, they can't even contact them until the order is out for delivery. I'm in doubt if flipkart is working under courier company.

                        Till now no resolution provided . Very pathetic service, Flipkart doesn't have any access to delivery courier team and don't have a single info extra than what I have . Even they can't contact courier company because they don't know the exact detail of them . How this company is surviving ?

                          I, am suffering with a exchange related issue since 1st october 2019, no resolution provided and false commitment dates are provided every time, 1st it was 3rd october, then extended to 4th then 5th the 7th. why i am suffering so much and why your company is playing with me like this. if you are not accepting any old phone without any defect why are you offering exchange??
                          Why are you cheating like this?
                          Being a flipkart customer i am shocked and irritated abt this matter.
                          Please provide me my product without further delay.

                              Pathetic service, please compensate for this service. I lost my project, i lost one of my sources through which i could have earned a bit. Ordered a lapop and waited 3 days for it to be delivered, you guys sent me a faulty product and now i will have to wait for another 10 days to get it replaced. This is not done, pathetic. Why should i suffer the pain, you guys do not have an email where i can send my queries, customer care agents not even expedite my requests. All i can do is wait for flipkart to call me and that's all. We live in a world where technology is booming and these guys cannot even send a replacement as per customers need. Why would some one wait for 14 days? C'mon guys. Your app doesn't work at times, i was not able to give you guys a feedback because of your stupid application.

                              I still do not have any response from flipkart, however technician visit done today and he said it will be approved for replacement. Guys please update the status om your application. How many times I have to take the follow up. Why no one is looking at these notes.

                              No update as of now. Not here not on the app itself.
                              Technician visited and confirmed that the laptop is faulty and flipkart is going to replace it. His name was Drhuv and came from nehru place asus centre delhi.

                              I on the other hand cannot see any update regarding that visit in the app. When I call flipkart they do not have any update as well. All I am doing is nothing, all they are doing is nothing. They told me to wait for 24 hours and now its been 48 with no update or call from flipkart regarding replacement of that laptop.

                              After these many days, flipkart agent called me and asked if there was a technician visit. Bravo, they still do not have an update who visited and what all has happened.

                              Still delaying the process, agent mentioned now a different person will come from flipkart side and tape /seal pack the product only then flipkart will approve the replacement.

                              They did not know this before, all of sudden after the technician visit and before the replacement they will waste my time and send some one just to seal the laptop.

                              No one is maintaining these services, no one has replied to my issues so far. Good job everyone.

                              I ordered this laptop in big bilian sale on oct 1. I recieved a faulty laptop on oct 4. Now all m i doing is nothing, I wasted my time, I lost my projects and I suffer the torture. Thank you flipkart.

                              Received another call with Same question - What is it that you arr facing. Wow

                              Wasted another 10 minutes explaining my concerns. They still do not have an idea if the technician visited or not. Both of these last calls were different, both those agents had different statement. Can some one please tell me if I should log a proper FIR now? This seems to going too far for Flipkart to resolve.

                              Customer raised a complaint stating that the product delivered is defective. We have interacted with the customer and raised a return request with the seller for the replacement of the product. The seller has confirmed the replacement product has been delivered on October 13, 2019. Hence, closing the complaint from our end.

                                I placed a order for redmi note 7 pro, which was successfully accepted and placed by flipkart on 04/10/2019 and i alao received the confirmation sms. I paid inr 8009 through axis bank debit card for that order after applying discount and giving a phone in exchange during big billon sales. They provided tracking id and said to deliver the order by 10/10/2019. Next day the seller cancelled the order and refunded the amount!

                                  I've ordered iphone 7 32 gb from flipkart on 30th sept 2019 through big billion days sales @26999/- and amount paid already through net banking.

                                  Item was shipped from seller on 30th sept as seen in flipkart tracking and it was showing that it will be delivered on 4th october 2019. Later it got delayed thus after contact with flipkart chart support services got confirmation that it will be delivered by 7th october then after little while it changed to 9th october.

                                  Just a while ago in the app it showed order is cancelled and refund is initiated and will be processed by 12th october 19.

                                  Flipkart is cheating with customer. They have those item in stock why can't they give instead of refund. Why they processed refund. (No justification nothing).

                                  I've ordered lots of product from flipkart since 2012. But i think this would be my last purchase after this # service of flipkart.

                                  Flipkart has not communicated of any sort after they fail to deliver on multiple dates . They didn't even called me regarding what customer wanted neither they informed me . When I open the app to track the status it was showing there order has been cancelled and refund will be process by Saturday October 12 I don't know I will get the refund or not after reading here lots of complain of people that they didn't got anyrefund from Flipkart. But the problem is why they cancel the order by themselves after taking my money they are taking the order on the sales day to show that they have booked lot of orders and in actual scenario they are unable to deliver the products thus they are cancelling the order later . Below is the mail I receive from Flipkart few minutes ago "Hi, We're writing in continuation to your last contact to know the status of your order with order id OD116666147360210000. While we were tracking your order to make sure that it reaches you on time, we see that it has been cancelled. If you like, you may place a new order for the product, the seller will work with the courier service provider to ensure the product reaches you. Please use the survey below to tell us about your experience with us. Have a nice day! Thanks, Flipkart " Now they want me to purchase the phone at the new extended price. This is a cheating.

                                        Sir i ordered some products through dasara offer. I want try to cancel my one product (Water heater) through mobile app but didn't expect my request in this regarding i appel to call request after that i got response from flipkart executive called to me and ask my problem then i said unfortunately i ordered 2 heaters cancel one of them then she told me to not possible after that she ask plz hold on i am on hold and she cut my call and cancelled all my order without my permission
