I have ordered (Prepaid) a product (Od[protected] on flipkart on 19th feb the promise date was 25th n 26th feb and in app it’s showing totally different time it’s 31 dec and january dates in app for product status, and they rescheduled the delivery date to 3 march i have spoke with almost 5 customer care persons mujafer, aditya, suraj, the first two names i forgot, they aditya whom i spoke with on 3rd of march at 1:40pm he’s assured me that the product will delivered end of the day by 7:30pm but when i called again to customer person at 6:30pm he’s telling that i have to wait for till 5th of march. Cmon i gifted it for some one on special date and they till now not delivered and they delivered other products before this product on time on same address. I really have an trust on flipkart i prefer to choose to flipkart other then other online shopping websites but i wasn’t expected this kind of service from flipkart. If you people really give a value for customers please give reply here so that other people can see how trustworthy is flipkart if not given any reply or solutions for my issue then you have proved that you aren’t mean to that.
