Flipkart — Product not delivered but flipkart website shows as delivered

I had ordered two wardrobes- spacewood engineered wood free standing wardrobe on april 7th.
The orders placed are -

The delivery date as promised by flipkart was 27th april. After placing the order, i have been requesting flipkart to share the seller details or at least request the seller to deliver the products earlier than the promised date.
I had done full payment of the products with my credit card.

The products are not yet delivered still but reflecting on their website as delivered.I get a fake delivery confirmation over email & sms.

I would have made more than 50 calls to flipkart so far but the customer service is pathetic.

On 15th april i was informed that the item is shipped and on 22nd april i
Got a call from flipkart mentioning that i am going to get the delivery on
25th april.
When i did not receive the product on 27th april, i escalated the issue. Within an hour, flipkart updates the orders status on their website as 'delivered'.
On 28th april, i again call up flipkart & raise this issue. They just assure me that they will look into this matter & i get an auto generated mail mentioning
That the issue will now be resolved till 5th may.
In the last 3 days, i have been getting one call a day where they just enquire from me that whether i got any call back from seller. The seller has not contacted me even once till date.
They even do not take a request to cancel the order and refund me my money.

I am deeply disappointed with the way flipkart has managed this order and
Been through mental trauma due to the several follow ups i have done with
No results.
