[Resolved]  Flipkart — product not delivered even after escalations

I had placed a pre-paid order for 'lenovo k8 plus (Venom black, 32 gb)' on flipkart on thu, sep 21st '17 2:18 pm while big billion days.

- initially the delivery date given to me was mon, sep 25th '17.

- the last update on the app regarding the shipment was on sat, 23rd sep at 11:21 am. After this there was no update.

- i called up a couple of times and everyone gave me the same information that the product is in shipment and will be delivered by promised date.

- on my third call to them i asked for an escalation on 25th september when the product did not reach me. They confirmed that they had logged a complaint and this would be resolved by 28th september.

- on 26th september i received an email from flipkart saying that the issue has been escalated and the product will be delivered to me by 29th september.

- even now i am not able to track the shipment, nor anyone in flipkart is able to.

- on 27th september i received a call from flipkart's backend team and the advisor on call confirmed that they cannot track the shipment and do not have any communication with their courier partner regarding the same. She requested me to cancel the order and place a new order as they cannot guaranty delivery of the product as they themselves are not sure if the product is in transit or not.

- to this when i asked what about the discounts which were applied to my previous order she simply said they won't be applicable to the new order as the discounts were specifically during the sale.

- when i asked her about any policy they have to serve the customer in such case she simply said there is no policy as such for this scenario. If you want you can wait or cancel the order.

I am not sure which type of cutomer service is this.

I want a resolution for this as soon as possible. Please is someone can at flipkart can help!

Not expecting any response/help from flipkart, but then lets see! Miracles do happen ;)

Dear Flipkart Team, My order id is OD[protected]. I have ordered for 2 mobiles and payment made through Bajaj Finserv. The order has been accepted and approved by Flipkart. Bajaj has already send emi details and emi will be starting and amount also blocked from my Bajaj Emi card limit.
The mobiles has suppose to deliver today. The order showing under processing but it not happen. i called customer care they told we will escalate and concern team will call.

After that 1 person called from Flipkart escalation Team he told you have to cancel the order since it not yet authorise. i ask him who has to authorise, he telling same thing u have to cancel and rebook. i clearly told i have made payment and got emi details. the payment has been received by flipkart or seller. Then he telling seller authorisation pending. I ordered on 24th. flipkart cant do anything u must cancel. i told u give credit coupon for equalent amount difference. since i bought for Big Billion day due to discounts. kindly look into this and process my order and confirm.

Same case here also...i ordered Lenovo p2 on 21st sept..nd exactly same thing happened with me..
