[Resolved]  Flipkart — Product not Delivered-OD[protected]

I ordered a product on 1st May and I got a call on 4th May from delivery boy and he said that no one is available at my address so he is delivering the product to security gard so please share the OTP and I asked him to connect me with Gard but he said please share the OTP first and I trust and given the OTP but after that he disconnect the call, I tried calling him but not connected then I checked with my gard in the evening and he said no product delivered today. I raised this to Flipkart service team on 5th May and from that day to till date there is no resolution provided yet, every time the resolve the concern by saying that it's a OTP delivered product and we can't help you in this. Also, the service executive disconnect my calls again an again (multiple times). I have the CCTV footage as well that no one came to my place to deliver this product.
I need my product or refund asap.
